Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

The stuff at this place are just the worst.

My friend and I were getting a drink and a donut from this place and the employee swore at us in Hindi for NO REASON at all.

He murmured under the mask as he thought we didn’t speak Hindi and when I asked him why he did so, he lied and claimed he said some other word in Hindi ( the word he claimed was a totally different sounding and has different meaning).

Even If that is the case why would he speak to us in Hindi?! I don’t look Indian and I haven’t communicated with him in Hindi. I placed my order in English.

When I requested for a manager, he said he is the manager.

It is just absurd! Horrible experience, when all you needed is a drink and a donut and the stuff just cuss at you.

This happened on Jan 6, 2023 between 3:30PM to 4:30PM.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered two Red Eye Ice Caps, but the employee only gave us one initially and then went on to take another customer's order. When we asked for the second Ice Cap, it was clear that it had been sitting ready on the kitchen counter all along. The wait was completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, when he finally gave us the second Ice Cap, he banged it down on the service counter. This kind of service is unacceptable and left a bad impression. This is the slowest Tim’s I ever came to. Waited in line for almost 10 mins then I had to was another 10 min just for a Medium to get my order this is ridiculous every time I go there this Tim Hortons is very slow. Even a customer just walked off because they took too long to even take her order.. it’s either you guys need to have three stuffs in the morning to deal with that cause that’s really ridiculous. People are being late because your staff don’t know how to move accordingly or cause you guys only have two staff in the morning which makes no sense you guys need to fix up...
