Every person that works here in the morning s that I’ve encountered throughout my weeks is horrible to deal with. I had a very frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons. I asked to scan my QR code to collect rewards points, and the staff said “okay.” But when I went to pay, they charged me full price—over $3 for just a wrap. When I asked why, they told me I still had to pay, even though I had just scanned my rewards. It was clear they didn’t understand how the rewards system works. Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff member preparing my sandwich handled it in a way that was completely unhygienic. They didn’t wait for the full order to be ready, opened and rearranged the sandwich multiple times, took it away to another area, brought it back, and continued to open it again with bare hands. The sandwich sat open for several minutes while being handled repeatedly. I was honestly disgusted by the lack of proper food handling, and it made me lose my appetite.
