This location is my fav as its just 5 mints walk from my home. People like to go for shopping, watching movies or for a walk when they feel bored at home but I usually goto Tim hortons specifically at this location. So today I took my husband there spend some time talking about our future and grab a cup of coffee as we both are coffee lovers(Timy lovers) but giving it 2 starts because it was bit dirty, smelly and lots of mitches/ tinny mosquitos were there that were eating on our food :D and entering into our nose and biting skin like disturbing us a lot. So our only purpose is have a quality of time out of a stressed and tiring day but if you find that comfort even at a place which you prefer better than your home then what's the point of going there. It could be improved surely.
19th October 2021. Another worst experience, we had today. We told them the coupon from mobile what was supposed to be applied. However, the staff (Pilipino guy and girl) started to come up with their own conditions for the coupon which was not as per the Tim Horton's terms and conditions. Worst experience ever we had there! Not acceptable at all. I have called Corporate and gave them the feedback that it must be the manager who had told them the instruction to loot customer and they are not following the policy of Tim Hortons, They are actually not living up to the values...

WASTED 40 MINS OF MY TIME WITH THE PREVIOUS 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WRITING NOTES IN DETAIL OF WHICH YOU HAVE ZERO RECORD. BASICALLY WASTED MY TIME EVEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. Read moreThis is the worst I've seen in all my experiencing Tim Hortons. I decided to treat myself to a sesame seed bagel and cold brew coffee and I was hoping to have a good experience. So I ordered,bthe server gave me toasted bagel with butter. Soon as I bite into it I realized that's not what I ordered so I went back to the counter and the staff immediately realized that she made a mistake. Instead of giving me a fresh bagel with cream cheese, she asked if I want the cream cheese garlic on the side? I replied No! Instead she took the bagel with butter, put cream cheese and garlic onto the bagel that was buttered. I was in a hurry to catch my bus ...and that was the "declious" bagel. That crap wasn't cheap!. My go to breakfast, is usually a muffin and coffee from McDonald's. So I just thought to let the manager know my experience and that was really not good customer service. She should have taken the bagel and give me a nice bagel with cream cheese so I can enjoy it. I ate it but that was the worst thing that I had to eat. The worst bagel that I ate at Tim Hortons.
