Update:

After playing telephone tag, the manager, TJ, and I connected.

I ordered Burgers as a walk-in for take-out for my entire group. The new seating area is tastefully done, and is a pleasant place for future in-house dining.

TJ was swamped with walk-in customers, but was able to make my order, with its many customizations to our satisfaction, and even kindly comped me some of it, in apology.

I would have left 5* for the food and service as I have always enjoyed Halal Stop's Sassy Burger.

I usually do a pick-up order and eat at home as I am unable to sit on counter height stools.

Something went wrong with my pick-up order yesterday.

The grilled onions and mushrooms which are an integral part of a Sassy Burger, were missing from the burger. There was only melted cheese. This was very disappointing. The umami from the grilled mushrooms and onions was lacking.

What I received was a basic cheeseburger. It's not what I ordered or for what I paid.

I will be happy to re-rate my review if store management wish to contact me and explain...

After months of searching, I finally found my new favourite wing place. The most important thing for me is spice level. It is challenging to find halal wings that are spicy. Their extreme flavour is somewhat close to what I want. When I ask them to make it extra spicy, I generally get the level I want. Ashir and Mohammed are both amazing people and understand what the spice means to me (most people don’t understand the importance). I don’t recommend others to try the extra spicy extreme as it’s generally for people who can’t enjoy food if it’s not spicy like me.

Their other food is also good like Philly cheese steak. All their staff is polite and always welcoming. They are also open late which is a plus.

Orders always consistent, on time, and accurate. I think I’ve been here like 20 times and no issues.

I hope they will add additional spicy options in the future but I understand I am the few that enjoys spice...

i order from this place often, when they first opened up they had supreme food so i didnt mind spending the money however the sandwiches are getting worse and worse. today if i had to rate it id give it a -1. No extra sauces as asked, the meat was rough, also it was somehow watery, and no cheese at all. It was a bloody philly cheese steak. idk if it was because it was 130 am, if you're business is open aim to make your food great every order despite the time. Dont half ass the thing. I have a teething baby and the building fire alarm going off at 11 pm and after getting him to bed i was super hungry as i also didnt have lunch and this food was distasteful and disgusting.
