One of the worst experiences from timmies ever. Went in for lunch and ordered a soup sandwich combo. It was very obvious the cashier was new and her grasp of English was not great. I ordered the sandwich without tomatoes and she did not understand. I repeated the order about 6 different times and at one point she had to leave to ask a question from a fellow employee..when she came back I had to start the order over. The entire time she had a dear in the headlights look and was very obvious she did not understand me. I had repeated the order now 8 times. I moved to the side so she could serve the next customer. I had the uneasy feeling that my order would be wrong. Imagine to my surprise when I found out it was wrong in more then one way. After giving the same order and waiting about 10 mins had gone by. Still no food. At this point a soup and sandwich order was brought over and called out. It was no ones order. I watched the girl who looked after making the orders ask my cashier who took the order she looked nervously at me and said it was mine. I looked at the order to discover the sandwich was not the one I ordered and the soup was the wrong one as well. I mentioned it was wrong and then had to explain my order again 2 more times to the sandwich maker. She apologized. This girl then took her to the order screen and showed her it was wrong. The guy who ordered after me his order was wrong as well. At this point a large line had built up. I wonder why if everyone has to explain simple orders 8 times to someone who obviously did not understand English. My sandwich returned properly made but the soup was still wrong. I noticed that the manager or crew leader had taken over on the cash. I could see she could hear what was going on but had no interest in dealing with this situation. She constantly would glance over and then direct her attention to the next. Customer. My order finally arrived made correctly but in the confusion they had made it to stay when originally I had order it to go. I mentioned this and once again my order was packaged. By this time I was visibly upset I have a half hour for lunch and it took nearly 20 mins to get a soup and sandwich order. I went to leave to see others check there orders to discover they were wrong as well. One gentleman even commented to me as I walked by that his order was wrong as well. I got into my vehicle I placed the bag on the floor to drive to work. As I pulled away it tipped over. I stopped to discover that when they packed it in a rush to get me out of the store before I made a scene they had packed the spoon on the bottom of the bag and the heavy sandwich on top. This ment that it would never sit flat. I had to repack my order just to drive back to work. I am a food and beverage manager and will be using this as an example on bad service. Being in the food service industry means I'm usually understanding but hire someone who understands basic order taking and supervisors who are willing to step in and apologize when a customer is visible upset. I give one star cause this program won't allow me...
Read moreDear Tim Hortons Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment. This marks the second time I have encountered issues with both the service and the quality of the food.
During my visit this morning, I ordered 2 Farmers Wraps through the drive-through, and unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fell short:
I am concerned about the adequacy of the training provided to your staff, as the service I received did not meet the expected standards. The Farmers Wrap itself was lacking in taste and quality, failing to meet the standards I have come to expect from Tim Hortons. The wrap was simply placed in a cover rather than being properly wrapped, which was inconvenient considering I was driving. The Hash Browns I received were unusually hard, suggesting they might not have been freshly prepared. The sauce that should have enhanced the flavor of the wrap was virtually nonexistent. Poor folding of the wraps resulted in uneven bites at both the top and bottom. I had to wait for 4 minutes at the drive-through window before receiving my order.
As customers, we invest both our money and time in your products with the anticipation of a satisfying experience. However, regrettably, this experience has highlighted a recurring pattern of disappointment.
I kindly request that you take these concerns seriously and address the issues at hand. I believe in the potential of Tim Hortons to provide exceptional products and service, and I hope to see improvements in the future.
Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreThe guy with the tattoo who works in the night shift doesn't have the manners to speak to him at all. I was standing in the drive-thru to order and I said hello hello but no one was responding. Then when I spoke he said come to the window. When I went there he said why were you saying hello hello. I said what else would I have done I would have said hello again and again. Why were you saying it? I said you were not responding that's why I say I was serving the order. What happens many times? I have seen it many times, I go to many places at night and then I have to call out many times when there is no response. I don't do it, I just said hello hello to him because I don't understand. If you can't hear hello hello then stay at home, let someone else do it because if you say hello too, you will have to make out the voice, like you, you look arrogant from the front, who will come to take the order, who is your boss, Bai This guy has problem in hearing hello. The maid goes to rest at home and says why did you say hello and what should I say, I don't know your name, who are you or who are you not, he was speaking very rudely from the front saying don't say hello like this from the front, if you want to come then go, it was clearly a threat, you will have to say hello to give an order but he doesn't even know the word hello at all, how do you talk to the customer, if you can't hear the word hello then why have the team kept such people on duty, the team should hire some good person, this guy is spoiling...
