So I ordered a BLT that was supposed to include bacon, lettuce, and tomato on a bagel. I told him lightly toasted bagel and light amount of mayo. When I took my sandwich at the table to sit down and eat, I noticed they did not put the lettuce and tomato in there. I went back right away and told them that they didn’t put the lettuce and tomato and the cashier, then took the sandwich to the back and they decided to make a new one for me. I asked the cashier why the lettuce and tomato was not included as clearly in the picture. It shows that it has lettuce and tomato. That’s why it’s called BLT when she said, she probably punched at the wrong way. There’s no apology from the cash share or from the back kitchen staff. In fact when the back kitchen staff gave me the bagel, I asked them again. It’s lightly toasted and light amount of mayo and she just said yes and walked away and didn’t have a smile on her face at all absolutely terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you guys are ordering a sandwich, make sure you check your sandwich at the counter before you leave just in case. As unfortunately that’s what I’ll have to do when I have to go here. the other food places weren’t open till 11 AM and I got there at 10:15 AM. I won’t make a point to get to this location at the casino after 11 AM and have better service at the other food vendors. Tim Hortons you need to wise up with your customer...
Read moreGrab your Tim’s from outside. I have visited this Tim’s awhile visiting the Casino or other venues. This is my recommendation. Horrible customer service. The food horrible. Either they are missing items such as tomato/lettuce or it is over powered with dressing/mayo they can’t seem to get someone to make a proper sandwich as a simple food chain and such a large establishment with high traffic of customers coming in and out they have incompetent management and leadership. How can a cashier get an order so wrong more than 3 times? Why does a customer keeps hearing the same excuse? Where is the leaders to this organization? Don’t they care about quality of product when serving a customer who is spending/giving money to your establishment? Where is the customer service? Customer don’t come back to an establishment that is badly operated when there is so many other establishments around like yours to visit. Get your hospitality team in order and you will see a difference in your customer turn around. You a casino and nothing else...
Read moreTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this location. 1st floor Woodbine Racetrack - Fast Food Row. I ordered a bagel belt $5.79. And a large coffee $2.40. The cashier said total is $10.48. I said that is not possible. Cashier and another AA employee began to argue with me suggesting that the register is “always right”. I told them it is incorrect! $5.79+$2.40=$8.19 x 1.13 HST = $9.25. NOT $10.48. They continued to argue with me as if I was wrong. The AA employee even began raising her voice, suggesting that I’m blaming the cashier to pocket the extra. RIDICULOUS!!! And unacceptable. I said just give me the bagel belt and I’ll get a “free” coffee in the casino. I’m an avid, daily Tim Hortons customer and this was the ultimate worst experience I’ve ever had. This location needs to be re trained on customer service first &...
