Read moreI ordered an iced coffee and got one that was extremely sweet and too creamy. I asked the worker to remake it because it had too much sugar and cream. Initially she was nice and remade it for me but the one she made again had much more cream and sugar. I tried explaining that this is not the regular amount and she just started being rude and disrespectful telling me thats how it is (going on a rant) and not giving me the chance to speak. I went quiet because I’m not going to argue for a cup of coffee. But I don’t understand why the employees are so rude at this Tim Hortons, why is it this normal for you to scream at a customer (btw I was not rude or screaming or causing anything) in front of everyone? The manager needs to work on the customer service of their staff.

Read moreI had a terrible experience this morning at 8:00 a.m. when picking up my order through drive thru. I am a loyal Tim Horton’s customer and this service this morning was very uncalled for. I ordered a chocolate donut and a few other things. When I got my order I started to drive away and my daughter informed me that she got the wrong donut. So I stopped my car and told the lady that I got the wrong donut. I told her that I needed a chocolate donut not a raised iced chocolate donut. Instead of taking my donut back, she proceed to argue with me telling me that was not the donut that I asked for. Meanwhile, there were 5 other cars behind me and she refused to exchange my donut. I had to get out of my car and ask somebody else through the window to exchange the donut.
