I was taught nothing nice to say do not say it! Believe me so I write it and this location needs a massive rehaul in attitude. I brought a new broom for the night staff for the one they had would not sweep a bad dream away at best. 5 am opening is rubbish for the coffee is never ready, lights not in, and a manager that constantly has a bad hair day despite being constantly late. No one teaches the staff how to.sweep,.vacuumed and mop with proper edict in hygiene. The young students employed with the majority being New Canadians from South Asia are simply the best and hopefully will remain in Canada being such assets to this Country in attitude and manner. I wish they had a much better work experience as this one they are presently employed in a very bad example in business practices due to owners that either have no conscience or respect for the clients that frequent this location likely due to greed. How such a poorly run operation is able to attract such fantastic staff is beyond me yet I have a clue it is due to the name of such a great Canadian, Tim Hortons. Cleaning must be taught and surface cleaning is just not acceptable as you.can see for yourself even with poor eyesight. Just look above your head as you get up.to.the cash register at the light fixtures for the dust and insects trapped inside and around the light fixtures. I write.this for Rosana,Jaynish, Ojas, Ansh, Mohammed, the baker and all the other great employees that need more help to do their jobs properly soothe reflection of poor hygienic conditions and lack of supplies does not fall on them when in fact it is the owners of this franchise who are guilty...
Read moreThis is a very busy location (Yonge and Davisville) at times but the staff often seem to move at a snail’s pace. Once upon a time I used the mobile app to order from here but I had to stop because it was a disaster more often than not. The app would allow me to order all kinds of stuff only to show up at this location to be told they don’t have what I ordered in stock and can’t give me a refund so I must choose something else. There’s been times when I’ve gone to this location and simply ordered coffee and was told they don’t have a fresh pot and was offered cold coffee, not iced coffee, I was actually offered cold stale coffee as an option. If you dare to ask for oat milk at this location they will often tell you they don’t have any, and often without even checking if that’s true. I think their storage area is in an inconvenient location for the staff, they often have to go outside and down stairs to restock, so they often lie to the customer to avoid having to restock. My overall experience with this location is extremely poor. Even though this location is more convenient for me, I will often resort to taking the train and going to the competition that tend to have the items on the menu in stock and better...
Read moreRude staff. The place was empty with no one in line however, the 2 women standing behind the counter both looked at me and continued talking to each other.
As I stood at the register, they both looked at me again making eye contact. After 2-3 minutes passed I asked if they planned on serving me.
One of the employees impolitely asked my to stand in the middle near the display counter which made no logical sense to me as I was ready to order and pay at the register.
She proceeded to walk to the furthest register from where the 2 employees where chatting while asking the next customer what he would like to order. Unbelievable!! Needless to say I walked out and received no apology from the rude and nasty employee.
I contacted Tim Hortons' head office to lodge a complaint and urged them to view the store's security camera footage to see my experience for themselves.
5 days has past since I've submitted my complaint yet no acknowledgement to my complaint to-date.
Horrible, rude customer service and a very dirty and smelly tim hortons store. Tim hortons no longer...
