This location refused to serve me because I didn’t have a receipt from the self checkout kiosk I used. The printer was out of paper and I let them know that but still I was refused service by multiple employees as I had no receipt due to the printer paper needing to be changed. The staff didn’t want to change the printer paper. Is it seriously that difficult to figure out? Anyways, I had proof on my phone of the transaction as well as the date and the time it was made as proof so you would think that it wouldn’t be an issue as I have some sort of proof but the staff on shift still refused me service as well as decided to argue with me over the self checkout kiosk not giving me a receipt.
Honestly, is it really worth it to yell and scream at who use to be a regular customer at your location? I guess they might of been having a bad day I don’t really know but I’m not coming back here.
I should also point out that money is obviously not an issue as it is a Tims so let’s be honest as I’m not spending a fortune here. The point is that the amount of disrespect I received as well as the fact I got nothing in return for my purchase was just disappointing in terms of the people who I was dealing with that day. Hopefully this location gets better staff or boosts the training program they have but as I mentioned before I’m not...
Read moreMy boyfriend is a newcomer to Canada from Brazil and his English isn’t 100% yet. He went to this Tim’s location yesterday and had a terrible experience. He tried to order a pizza. Didn’t have it. Tried to order a farmer’s wrap. Didn’t have it either. Pretty ridiculous that neither of those were available. So instead he settled for a grilled chicken sandwich. He took the wrong sandwich on accident - thinking it was his. While he was finishing his food, a worker (who I found out is named Anita) screamed at him and humiliated him in front of the entire store for taking the wrong bag. Is this the kind of customer experience that Tim Hortons wants customers to have? Anita embarrassed him so much and made him cry. I’m so disgusted that he was treated like this instead of saying it’s no big deal, don’t worry. I am sending this message into corporate so this can be appropriately addressed. I also am going to come to the store myself and speak to Anita personally. She is an absolutely disgusting human being. Have the day you deserve lady and be ready for when I...
Read moreI’ve visited this Tim Hortons location multiple times, and I’ve noticed a recurring issue that really affects the overall experience. When the manager is present, the staff are attentive, efficient, and the service runs smoothly. However, the moment the manager is not around, it’s a completely different story.
Unfortunately, when there’s no managerial oversight, the staff seem disengaged and unmotivated. On several occasions, I’ve seen them standing around, chatting, or even ignoring customers completely. Orders are delayed or not taken at all, and it feels like there’s no urgency or accountability unless the manager is physically there.
This kind of inconsistency really brings down the customer experience. It’s disappointing because Tim Hortons is known for fast and friendly service, and that standard is clearly not being upheld when supervision is missing.
I hope this feedback encourages better staff training and stronger leadership presence to ensure reliable service at all times—not just when the manager...
