I’ve ate at the location in the PATH and was underwhelmed and never returned. For the same price or cheaper, sorry not sorry, but freshii and IQ are far superior. Normally I’m of the mindset that I only leave good reviews, as I want businesses in the PATH to succeed in this post COVID world, whether or not I personally like them…. However, when I saw this snarky, holier-than-thou, Illiad-length epic poem of a “reply” to a customer from a business “owner” I decided to leave my negative review here instead. For context, I also work in customer service and this is never how any employee should engage with a customer, never mind the OWNER. Shame on you Stephanie. Perhaps you need to seek therapy to channel your rage more effectively, instead of off-loading your spite and vitriol on your customers. I wish you well, and hope that Corporate sends you to some much needed management training. Cheerio dahling!

Edit: Before you come for me and my palate, Stephanie, know that I am a classically trained chef who now works in financial services. I wish you “well”....

So I made a mobile order for a tight after lunch appt, order at 12 for a 12:30 pickup, got to the location 15 mins before sat and read some emails, I looked to the pick up area a few times to see if I missed them with my order, nothing. The two employees were commiserating over a small screen and not much else. No other customers, no other orders not even a delivery driver and they are stuck to the screen. I notice the time is 12:29 and I have to get my salad and leave. So I go to the counter to inquire to two very low energy employees where are my order was, to which they blink stare at me, I guess one of them finally realized they were at work turned around and printed out a ticket and then try to make my salad as I'm leaving to my very important appointment. I Simply tell them I can't wait and to refund the order.... still waiting for that refund weeks later... I guess it was my fault somehow.... there are lots of other places to pay $15 for a salad and they actually...

Honestly, it has potential but they still need to improve on a lot of details, for instance, the COFFEE. They were advertising a promo of $1 coffees. If you're going to advertise a promotion, make sure that you are serving at least a decent coffee. Mine was actually COLD (and it was not iced coffee) and just tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Probably one of the worsts I've ever had. Also, they charge 70 cents for almond milk, which is super unfair to lactose intolerant people. I get it if it's to mix it in a drink like a cappuccino, but just to add it to your drip coffee is pretty unfair. Costumer service is also pretty bad. With that being said, I very much appreciate that the packaging is all compostable - way to go! They're pretty reasonably priced as well, especially for the baked treats and things like Chia Pudding, small salads, etc. If they could also include more vegan options in their menu, I'm sure it...

Wholesome bowls….hearty healthy meals…..what else could you want in life right now? I’ve been desperately searching for QUICK, DELISH food on the go to in order to enjoy the beautiful weather outside and this was the PERFECT PLACE. Their food is designed for busy people who are looking for healthy wholesome food. And because its a brand new summer, they’ve created a HOT NEW MENU to accompany all your needs! I got to try the PIRI-PIRI chicken bowl and the SALMON KIMCHI bowl- they were both so flavourful and colourful. I really enjoyed sampling both bowls as they were totally different and I got to see what I preferred. To be completely honest, I couldn’t make up my mind and I gave them both a TIE for their taste but the presentation of the KIMCHI bowl was beautiful with all the colours. They have several locations in Ontario, however, I visited the one on Bloor St in downtown Toronto !

Didn't want to order anything greasy or unhealthy, so I decided to try this grab-and-go burrito bowl spot downtown. I picked up two burrito bowls and a soup, and the total came to around $50, which was absolutely worth every penny. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They measure every single portion of protein, vegetables, and fats, so you know exactly what you're getting. This is perfect for anyone trying to stick to a specific diet or just wants a healthy, balanced meal without any guesswork. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion control. On top of the great food, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It made the whole experience that much better. This is definitely my new go-to spot for a quick, healthy meal.
