Exceptional terrible customer service with one of their server.
I work close to this location, so I thought it'll be nice and convinence when this Tim Hortons opens. But...
I'm a walk-in customer and this girl with a small face serves me about 4/5 times when I visit the store.
The first time I orderd a regular tea, when I'm back to office, I found it's a coffee.
Second time, I orderd a regular tea at the counter, I saw she enterd coffee from the display screen, so I told her again I want TEA, bag tea, orange pekoe. When I pick up my order, I saw 'RC' written on the lid, I open the lid and it's COFFEE! I told her again I orderd tea and this is coffee. So she pour the coffee into the sink then gave me a tea with the same cup, and look at me like I'm an anoying customer. A coffee aftertaste steep tea, this is what I got.
The third time, actually I really want someone else can serve me. I ordered the same thing and she repeat to me my order this time. Everything is alright except that she smile and look at me awkward. 'See, I remember you and what you order' I think that's what she want to tell.
I didn't visit their store for awhile and then this morning...
She's still on her cell phone when I approached, I wait for her to finish, and I order tea and strudels like usual. 'Strudels are 40 cent each now' she said, 'no problem, I'll take it' I said. She left the counter after taking my order. Another girl gave me my tea but where are my strudels? I go back to her counter and wait for her to come back. 'Apple or blueberry?' she asked, 'apple' I replied...
If she reads this review, she could of recognize which customer I am... But anyway.
BTW, I usually just order tea and strudels, because I only eat very little in the morning and their simple sausage biscuit is very dry and I can still feel it in my stomach when I have lunch. And donuts are too...
Read moreI have been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location due to its proximity to my workplace, and I have generally had positive experiences during the morning shift. The morning staff are friendly, the coffee is always fresh, and service is timely. However, my recent experiences during the afternoon shift have been consistently disappointing.
On several occasions, I have received cold coffee, and while I didn’t complain in the past, today’s experience was the last straw. I waited for over 10 minutes for just two coffees and two donuts, and when my order was finally ready, I was given a cold coffee. Frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager but was instead confronted by a rude supervisor who displayed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Not only did she fail to apologize for the long wait or the cold coffee, but she also refused to offer a refund when I requested one. Her dismissive attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional, and I felt bullied rather than supported.
I have worked in customer service for many years and understand the challenges that come with the job. However, I expect basic respect for my time and, at the very least, a fresh product. The afternoon supervisor at this location clearly lacks essential customer service skills and, in my opinion, could benefit from additional training in professionalism and handling customer complaints.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I can no longer recommend this location during the afternoon shift. It is clear that improvements are needed both in service quality and...
Read moreFirst of please hire people that aren’t only in one culture while they stand there and talk in there language to one another rather than pay attention to what they have on the menu instead of not knowing what anyone’s talking about. Secondly please tell your STAFF that instead of telling a customer no we don’t have that maybe have them open their eyes and LOOK because the item they just told me they have no clue about is clearly there. Third tell your drive thru team to STOP rushing when they’re the ones who don’t have no sense. As we are sitting here right now as i write this waiting on a wrap the lady hands us the coffee than just closes her window walks away comes back and asks us what we need and we said the wrap you just mentioned a second ago. She turns around and lo and behold it’s been sitting there with the COFFEE she just handed us… like cmon. do better. i’m honestly tired of certain people serving me and not being able to 1. speak properly 2. have manners 3. rush me 4. not know what items they have on their kiosk as they punch it in. Please hire people who know Tim Hortons instead of desperate people who don’t care to uphold...
