Read moreI recently visited the Tim Hortons located at 415 The Westway in Etobicoke and had a mixed yet overall positive experience. The place is conveniently located and generally has a good vibe to it. The ambience was welcoming, with warm lighting and a comfortable seating area that makes it a decent spot to grab a coffee or have a quick bite. There’s a constant stream of customers, which reflects its popularity, and the staff seemed efficient in handling the quick turnover of orders.
The food quality was as expected from Tim Hortons—fresh, tasty, and up to the standard. I ordered a classic coffee and a breakfast sandwich, both of which were prepared well and served quickly. Despite the rush, the service was prompt, which is a big plus during peak hours.
However, when it comes to cleanliness, there is room for improvement. The seating area was somewhat tidy, but tables weren't cleaned regularly, especially during busy periods. The bathroom facilities were particularly disappointing—unclean and lacking basic hygiene, which can be off-putting for many customers.
Overall, if you're looking for a place to grab a quick meal or coffee in Etobicoke, this Tim Hortons serves the purpose. The fast service and good food make it worth visiting, but better attention to cleanliness—especially the restrooms—would significantly enhance...
Read moreWas there today. Went through the kiosk. Haven't been there in ages and remembered why I stopped going there after today's experience. Ordered a coffee with 2 cream and 1 sweetener as well as a bagel with triple butter (as we all know when asking for double butter, you are lucky if you get any butter, also requested it to be double toasted. The coffee was missing the sweetener, the bagel was very lightly toasted with next to no butter. The attitude was atrocious. I never heard my name being called. So I walked over to the far side asking if my order was ready. The response from one woman was, " I have been calling your name. Look up, kiosk orders are on this side. Use your eyes". The last time I was in there the kiosk orders were picked up on the bathroom side. Perhaps putting a sign at the kiosks stating what side to pick up the orders on would be much better than being so rude to customers. I have a bad neck. They need to think about their behavior and how they speak to customers and I wish they would learn how to prepare an order properly for...
