Overall just a horrible experience at this St. Louis location. It was 6 of us for "all you can eat wings" and needless to say after being there for almost 3 hours, the amount of waiting between chicken wing servings was ridiculous. Considering the restaurant was not even half full, one didn't expect to be waiting so long. We waited almost 30 minutes for the initial 2 lbs of wings to come out, then afterwards we waited 40 minutes between 1/2 lb servings. And that's with us putting in our next serving immediately upon receiving our orders. Even getting napkins and plates was a 10 minute wait. Worse off was the fact that to order another round of beers, our waitress was nowhere to be found. We had to ask other wait staff to find our waitress so we can order drinks. (We were just ordering buckets of beer, which is a basic order) Even when it came to getting the bill to pay was a 20 minute wait. It reached the point, we just went to the counter to pay. And at the counter, the waitress wouldn't separate our bills because it was easier for her to just do one bill. And to top it all off, not once did our table get cleaned up. The funniest part was one of us ordered a Pepsi. After about 15 minutes of waiting, a different waitress came and said "here's your iced tea", left it on the table and just left. 😂😂 So in short, if you want your time wasted, with atrocious service, and a unkempt table, by all means come to this location. If you want good service, go to the St. Louis at Yonge and Eglinton, or Church and King. They are good on timing and have good customer service.

Disappointing Service at St. Louis Bar & Grill – April 29th 2025 (Dixon & Martingrove) Hi there, I'm writing to share our recent experience at your Dixon & Martingrove location on April 29th. As regular customers, we were very disappointed with the service that night. We understand it was a busy game night, but it took a long time just to get seated. After being seated, it was nearly an hour (from arrival time) before a junior server was instructed by 2 other servers to come by—only to take drink orders, even though we made it clear we were there specifically for wings. To make matters worse, we noticed the two servers preoccupied with sorting out transactions and tracking their tips, while multiple tables—including ours—were left waiting to place food orders. It left us feeling like customer service was not a priority. Ultimately, we were so unhappy that we decided to leave without ordering any food. This is not the kind of experience we expect from a place we regularly choose to dine at. We hope you'll take this feedback seriously and look into how service can be better managed during busy events. I’ve attached a screenshot of transactions for your St Louis location, proving we are loyal customers. Thank you.

Came by St. Louis on Dixon with a few coworkers after work, and it was a great casual spot to unwind. We hit happy hour, which offers $4 drinks on select items — great value and perfect for an after-work hangout. I had a pound of buffalo ranch wings with fries, and they were solid — crispy, flavorful, and came out hot. The wings had that classic tangy kick, and the fries were fresh and satisfying. Service was friendly and efficient — we were checked on regularly without feeling rushed. Our server kept things smooth and easy. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, good for conversation. There aren't a ton of screens throughout the space — most are concentrated around the upper bar area — but if you're looking to casually catch the game while chatting with friends, it still works. Final take: Tasty wings, good drink deals, and laid-back vibes make St. Louis Dixon a dependable choice for a post-work catch-up. Just don’t expect a full sports bar setup — it's more about the chill, social setting with a few game screens nearby.

I don't normally don't give a bad review to a franchise location that I've been to at other locations that i liked very much. but this one no way. The 1st thing I experienced was attitude problem With every single staff I encountered. We arrived on Saint Patrick's day March 17th 2023 630 pm We were not greeted by any hostess at the door Which I find Is customary at most st louis locations. So we had to walk in and sit ourselves down .At that point we were close to the bar A girl looked at us But paid no attention to us And we sat at the table for 8 minutes And no one came over even ask us if we wanted to drink. We figure we're not gonna get any service here even after they looked at us so We decided to move to another section table near the bar .Well this table was no better. Finally a girl came by and said she will get our server and brought us water After waiting Again another girl came by and said she was busy but she'll bring us our beers and then take our order. After waiting another 5 minutes she came back without our beers and she asked us what we would like to order to eat .At that point I said you were supposed to come back with the beer And then take our order for food but she said I'm sorry we only have one bartender here .Can you imagine a busy day like st.Patrick's day there's only one bar tender and the place was packed. I said that's not my fault. So again waiting for so long now at 2 different tables I'm getting frustrated We still have not even received a drink from Any server. We still didnt have a single drink at our table as promised We had been there at least another10 minutes. I said to our server bring us our beers and then we'll order. At that point a manager came by and said what's the problem here. As I started to explain we had to move to 2 other tables and still couldn't even get one single drink before our food order After being there for 15 minutes to 2 tables and being ignored we decided to leave my problem is also it took me half an hour to drive to this bar It used to be a nice friendly place before it was taken over by Saint Louis. that's why I went there on Saint Patrick's day with my date I was perturbed by the attitude of the staff perhaps if I was A black Caucasian maybe I would have been served better than the other patrons in this bar. I will never return to this location on Dickson road ever again due to an ignorant manager Who even said to us thanks for leaving .???! We left without a drink or even a food order Because of Unattentive Understaffed And terribly slow service...this... I'm not used at any other Saint Louis location. We drove a 1/2 an hour to get to this location And left without any drinks or food. This is certainly disappointing and not expected From a Saint Louis...

I have had nothing but bad service at this location. The first time I made an order for their Thursday evening poutine special and I was told by the waiter that I cant get the special with the purchase of a water bottle. I go to St louis often so I know the rules and you can get it with a water bottle. She refused to serve me so I asked for the manager and he said I was correct and I did get my poutine at the special price. Why is it I know more than the waiter that works there? And she argues with me without knowing the rules herself.

Another incident is I wanted to call ahead to dine in because they take FOREVER to serve you. I asked for a simple request if they can give me a call back when its almost ready. and the person on the phone was extremely rude and instead of answering my question she said no it will be ready in 10 mins with a very sassy tone, as if my question was bad to ask.

One day I went with a bunch of friends and they forgot one of my buddy's poutine order. They never even came to check up on us so he didn't ask for it.

And today was the last straw to make me write this review. I went to dine in with my little brother. We were there eating for about 10 mins, and my brother started to feel sick in the stomach. My mother has a stomach flu so yes this was a real sickness he was feeling. I asked if we could take it to go and they said yes but we could not get the Thursday night poutine special. They denied my 13 year old little brother his food. And as I am sitting waiting for the bill the manager is giving me dirty looks. Starring me down as if I have ever done something wrong. I have been treated poorly at this location. The food is great, but the service is remarkably bad. The waiters are rude, the manager wont compensate for complaints and stare you down if you disagree with him. The manager told me that he will never take my dine in orders ever again just because my brother was feeling sick.

There are many reviews that state the same bad service problem that I have recieved, so don't be surprised if you receive the same service at...

Title: A Fantastic Experience at St. Louis Bar and Grill!

Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at St. Louis Bar and Grill, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot in the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.

The ambiance of the place was vibrant yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout my visit. They were quick to offer recommendations from their extensive menu and were happy to accommodate any dietary preferences or restrictions.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, the food at St. Louis Bar and Grill is simply outstanding! The menu boasts a wide range of options, from mouthwatering burgers to delectable wings and everything in between. Each dish I tried was bursting with flavor and prepared with utmost care. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring I left the restaurant satisfied and content.

Speaking of wings, St. Louis Bar and Grill truly excels in this department. Their signature wings are undoubtedly some of the best I've ever had. Whether you prefer them crispy or saucy, there's a flavor to suit every palate. The wings were cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with their assortment of delicious dipping sauces.

Another highlight was the drink selection. St. Louis Bar and Grill offers an impressive variety of beverages, including a great selection of craft beers and refreshing cocktails. The bartenders were skilled at mixing up creative concoctions, and their recommendations were spot-on.

Overall, my experience at St. Louis Bar and Grill was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of friendly service, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding food made it a memorable dining adventure. Whether you're looking for a casual night out with friends or a cozy dinner date, I highly recommend visiting St. Louis Bar and Grill. You won't be...
