UPDATE: 1 year later when I went back. Once again forgetting people's orders completely and making mistakes. Seems they did nothing in a whole year. Never coming back to this location. There are 3 other Tims within walking distance - save yourself the disappointment and visit other locations instead. 0/5 stars.
OLD REVIEW: I expected better service for a new location in a great spot. The walk-up window concept is great but service keeps me away from this location.
I've come here on multiple occasions with issues almost every time; drinks made incorrectly, incorrect order or worse incomplete order. I once waited 20 minutes for a simple BELT. Why? There was no bacon made although it was lunch time. My most recent visit they forgot a croissant for one of my meals. Got home and realized (luckily I don't live too far) and went back to get it. Manager was extremely rude and claimed she already gave it to me. She checks the microwave, lo and behold I see it sitting there. The manager thinks she's being sneaky taking the bag and going to the croissants acting like she's giving me a new one. No apology, no accountability to say "I'm sorry, I was wrong. Here is your croissant."
Tim Horton's please take notice!! You have multiple customers with the same mistakes being repeated over and over. Check your cameras, provide more training or hire new...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey need more people working ...especially the morning rush there is lines out the door and only one cashier working ...one making food ....noone making drinks ...you need two at the front two making drinks and two making orders as you have app orders ,Uber, skip the dishes , and also people lining up in store and outside window ..but no workers to take care of it and make it quick ..ie waiting for a coffee and it takes 15 mins is not right at all for a coffee ...do better your a huge cooperation ..you as the store owner have to hire more employees as they are getting way to stressed and getting yelled at by customers because of your poor managing skills ..stop trying to make money for yourself because I can see what will happen to this tims as service has been terrible since day one ....hire more employees!!!!
Update ....still 3 people working ....this is ridiculous....this location needs more workers hire them like. The staff is so stressed and well us customers are are taking it out on them which is not fair ... if you want this location to be at the top spend a bit more since half your employees are not getting full pay by you the government gives you the other 3/4 of their wage ....do your research people as this tims is just banking...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Tim Hortons sucks. I went there to get breakfast for the first time and there is not much people inside beside a group getting breakfast. The line does not move because there is only one cashier working and she does most of the work like make coffees take donuts and doing all the pick ups for online deliveries. This location needs to hire more people. I used to work at Timās and it does not matter how busy it was we still used to say āhi how are you?ā Or saying āIām sorry that your order is delayedā but when I got my order a simple sausage on a biscuit i had to wait for frkng 15 minutes or more for it. When I got it the food maker was not even sure if it was the correct one. Iāve been to many Tims locations before and never have I waited more than 5 minutes for a single sandwich. Oh yeah the manager helps too but the service time is still bad and line is still not moving. I know manager supposed to know that especially in the morning it will be busy due to online orders. But why do they have less staff. Never coming to this location. Never again. Ive seen their manager before from another location i guess she as well needs...
