If you see this location my best advice is to keep driving or walking right past it very quickly...THIS LOCATION is HORRIBLE!!!
At least 1 out of 10 coffees are “burnt” it taste really bitter! Pretty much undrinkable. I’ve made a point of going back when possible to make the staff aware of the issue most times they gave me a new coffee that magically tasted fresh. It’s like they reuse the coffee extensively. The last time I returned one they replaced it with another horrible tasting coffee so I have decided to never come back to this location.
The staff are rude and unfriendly they blame you for not being satisfied with their disgusting tasting coffee and the place is always filthy with left over trash on tables as well as the washrooms are grotesque I wouldn’t step foot in them. All in all you’re better off to do what I did and make a conscious decision to not go to this location I’ve been going to the one near Bathurst and Sheppard which seems A LOT more reliable!
They got a 1 star because it’s required they deserve a big fat 0! I’m calling their head office first thing in the morning on the following business day. I hope their head office cares about the brands image & consistency to make the necessary changes required! Locations like this tarnish the brand!!!
Update - I called Tim Hortons Corporate Head Office and it felt like a very generic scripted response. It seemed to be resolved with a shrugged off attitude. I personally believe a corporate entity as such should be more concerned about their franchises quality but it did not...

Read moreThis Tim’s needs to be closed. This could be the worst Tim Horton’s in Canada. They are so disorganized they charged me twice for a single purchase and would not refund despite proof. I work in the area, and my customers are always complaining about this Tim’s. An elderly customer told me they had her wait 20 minutes for a single cup of coffee at 4pm. Minimum wait in store or in drive thru is 20-30 minutes.
Absolute worst Tim Hortons. There are American Tim Hortons across the border with cleaner facilities and better customer service. They should have a lower minimum wage for the less than bare minimum work being done here.
Staff is ridiculously bad.
