Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake at Scarborough Town Centre — Restaurant in Toronto

Super disgusting and bad experience, there is a piece of hair in the rusk, which means the hair is there before they bake it. When I told this to the store, the store did not even apologize, the staff just offered me a refund and emphasized they are gonna give me a new bag of rusk for free, which came from the same delivery from the same supplier. I refuse to take the new bad because all the rusk are unsafe and unclean, and refused to take the refund. However, the store just took my rusk away and refused to give it back to me even though they did not set a refund, I asked to talk to the manager, the district manager try to explain that they have passed the food safety so that all the processes are secured and clean, and all she could offer me is the refund and that is it. I asked her to let her staff give back my rusk because I want to report to the government, and they have no right to steal the product I purchased, she kept saying that their food is clean and safe, and there was nothing she could do. I asked her then why there is a piece of hair inside the rusk? She started to yell at me, screaming and blaming me not listening to her. During the process, uncle Tetsu’s refused to give me a resolution and continued selling the unsafe and unclean products to consumers. That is not just a piece of hair in the bag, it is in the rusk, and the product is prepackaged before they sell to the public, no label with any information on the package, name, size, bar code, best before date… when I asked the manager if the rusk is freshly made, she said no, the rusk was made one day or two days before. How could the consumers know they are eating something old and unsafe?
