Wendy's — Restaurant in Toronto

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in a long time and I guess this review will illustrate that.

I purchased the Bacon Deluxe combo (burger, fries, drink) medium size.

The good: the food was warm including the fries burger patty was good (although no real flavour differentiating it from competitors) garnish was adequate fries were perfectly salted ice tea was well, ice tea.

The bad: burger size was not “deluxe”, it is small in comparison to competitors Bacon “Deluxe” is a Dave’s Single with … you guessed it, bacon! Medium sized fries, did not even fill the container as would the competitors. garnish could have been better proportioned not a single smile no appreciation

Overall:

While this was the location I stopped at, I am confident that there are many locations that would review like this one within the Wendy’s chain.

The overall satisfaction of my meal was “meh”. There was nothing that stood out from the food that was given to me that suggested I needed to come back again.

The burger while fresh, is small in comparison to its competitors and it is not garnished as adequately as its competitors.

Having asked what size of meal and then not even filling the fries container proportionately really confused me.

Lastly and most importantly to me, while there was not a single smile to be had, there was not even a “thank you” from either the attendant who took my order or the attendant that passed me my food.

While I would have to drive a little further to get to Wendy’s major competitor Burger King, I know that I will enjoy my food more than todays...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wendy's fast food restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I walked in, and received a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff.

One of the standout aspects of my visit was the quality of the food. The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, with fresh ingredients. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way I like them. And let's not forget about the iconic Frosty, a creamy and refreshing treat that perfectly complemented my meal.

What impressed me even more than the delectable food was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only polite but also efficient, ensuring that I received my order promptly. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction was truly commendable.

Overall, my experience at Wendy's was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of quality food, polite and efficient staff, and tasty burger, fries, and Frosty made for a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be returning to Wendy's in the future and highly recommend it to anyone craving a delicious meal served...
