Today, August 02, 2022, @ 12:59 p.m., I went into the store to grab a salad, and I was met with the most unhappy, rude, and arrogant server I've ever dealt with. I have now had three very rude interactions with this employee. The first: I ordered a drink, and she put her entire hand into the cup. While she is collecting money and interacting with other people. The second: I ordered a salad, and she didn't call out a name or number, but she took the salad I ordered, gave it to someone else, and left me waiting. When I mentioned it to her, she didn't apologize. Or acknowledge. She called back the customer, took the salad back, and tried giving it to me, and I had to request a new one. I'm next in line today, and another customer jumps the cue. And she doesn't ask, "may I help the next person in line" as is customary, but she serves the other customer who jumped in front of me. When I called her on it, she said, "I can serve you now." No apologies! No acknowledgement! No remorse! The fact that her Manager said to me that's how she talks to everyone is appalling. I hear you, Manager, but it's not ok. While I understand that employees come to work with real-life issues, it has nothing to do with how I'm served as a customer. Here's the deal, I don't go to restaurants looking for handouts or discounts. I walk in with legal tender, ready to pay whatever price is requested of me. The poor treatment by this one particular employee is inexcusable. The first two times were meh. No biggie, I understood. But three times? Am I invisible? I have done nothing that warrants this poor treatment. But stood there patiently waiting my turn. Wendy's Manager, something needs fixing. Either the employee is poorly trained, is not fitted for the customer service position she in, or is unhappy with working there. Maybe she needs some time off. Regardless of what it is, I am absolutely mortified that I am treated this poorly. I didn't go asking for favors. Or begging for food. I went with an expectation of receiving good customer service. Politeness, attentiveness, understanding, empathy and I...
Read moreNo one should ever go to this Wendyâs, period. Whoever is the owner of this franchise location needs to thoroughly vet whatâs going on, because there is something systemically not working. Itâs disorganized, chaotic, and though there seems to be movement, nothing seems to be actually happening. There is little reason why a Wendyâs in a low traffic area should have cars spilling out onto the road on a Sunday at 2:30pm. We couldnât line up for the drive-thru because it would have dangerously put us on the road. We parked instead - one of us entered the location while the other sat in the car with our baby. Four burgers took half an hour, if not longer.  Never waited that long at a âfastâ food place before. There were ten customers on the inside, and some were waiting even longer than that. Staff seemed to focus on the drive-thru exclusively and totally neglected the sit-in customers. One worker was incredibly rude, and seemed to give attitude to her supervisor, the most competent worker there. She also gave attitude to a customer. Imagine being one of the few people to like your job, and you have a work bully constantly on youâŚterrible. The manager at the time seemed utterly lost and overwhelmed. She just kept telling people to be patient. She should have been telling people what the wait time was. Were we informed, we would have left, as you can imagine what a crying baby in a car sounds like. After all of that, my burgers were wrong, and we ended up overpaying. Ended up with three plain junior cheeseburgers. Gross. Iâve also had greasy burgers on a previous trip here. I donât know if itâs the prep, the organization throughout the day, the lack of communication or something else, but there is zero giddy-up at this âslowâ...
Read moreI wouldnât even give this location a one star so consider them lucky for even getting one , I went to this location with me and my girlfriend and we were very hungry and hadnât eaten at a wendys in a very long time and we were both excited . We walked in to dine in and showed up to the counter when we were interrupted by a Uber eats delivery guy and when I asked the cashier to serve us she basically gave me the hand to wait . Which right away annoyed me , so we waited . Then this cashier got the manager of this location to check the Uber eats order while she continued to take our order . And on that moment my girlfriend had said what she wanted and she typed it down and asked if there was anything else and I was about to tell her my order and in that instant the manager hands this cashier the phone and she tells me to hold on yet again . And at that point I had already waited so long and been interrupted so much that my hunger just couldnât wait any longer and at that point I told her you know what forget it this is ridiculous Iâve waited and waited for you guys and your all multi tasking things instead of paying attention to the customer and taking the order down . And me and my girlfriend walked away and we heard her say hold on hold on and we just left and went to Burger King down the road which had amazing customer service and food was ready in less...
