Rascals Burrito Bar Bridgewater — Restaurant in Town of Bridgewater

We've been excited for something other than pizza in town. We got an El jefe, and a bean and cheese burrito to split half and half. We tried the burritos as they were listed. I am not overly fan of corn and have a love hate with cilantro. The presentation wrapping was nice, the size of the burritos was great. They were crispy on the outside and loaded on the inside. While I'm a meat person myself I couldn't decide which I liked better. They were both absolutely incredible. My partner thought the same although the El Jefe edged out a bit in his mind. Can't wait to go back and try the other ones. I'll probably even venture into the vegetarian ones. They were bursting with flavour but not over done. The cilantro actually was mild and complimented the other flavours (thankfully). I cannot describe how good we found them, so I encourage anyone who enjoys burritos...

I was on my way home to cook supper when I drove by Rascals Burrito Bar and couldn't resist today's special: Sticky Peach Fresno BBQ Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa – and only $9.95 for two!

The food here is always delicious! The owner and chef, Zain, is passionate about cooking and each order is made fresh, whether you eat outside at the picnic tables, across the street in your car – or take it up the street to either of the parks along the LaHave River. The staff are friendly and obviously happy to be working there.

You can call ahead and have it ready when you arrive, or order in person and wait inside (cozy but there are stools) or outside while your food is being prepared.

So I can only attest for the food, as my fella picked us up dinner last night at the bridgewater location. He did say that the folks in the restaurant were nice, though… and that it looked pretty good inside. You’ll have to check it out in person yourself… but theres good reason to go, and I can attest to that after mowing down on a burrito last night for supper ;)

Finally, a good, healthy option for quick eats in bridgewater. I’m smitten that there’s at least TWO 🌱 options too. So I’ll have to go back for the second one!
