I never make bad reviews, but tonight I was very disappointed. The service was awful, our server was extremely rude to us, telling us we never ordered things we asked for and when we mentioned it to her she pulled out her paper saying see look you never ordered it(in a very rude tone) then not checking in with us to see if we wanted more drinks, to then come over saying looks like your done ill get you a takeout box, and coming over telling us your done with your drinks ill get your bill, not asking us if we wanted anything else to drink. Then when we had asked her about the bill and getting the happy hour special she swore at us as she walked away to ask somebody about it. coming back being extremely rude to us when I wasn't even talking about my drinks just the beer on the bill. She was also throwing our receipts on the table and took my friends card then threw it back at him. weather your having a bad night or not there's absolutely no excuse to treat customers your serving in that manner. we didn't tip as much as we usually would have because the way i see it, your suppose to earn your tip not just automatically expect to get it. my friends who were still receiving the same service still tipped you 15% and you had the audacity to throw their receipt's on the table and walk away without even saying goodbye. I wish i could give them 0 stars. Staff is not helpful at all. On my birthday back in February 2022. We entered in the restaurant and staff didn’t even asked us whAt we would like to order food or drinks. We went in and a girl said there is wait on food for 1 and half hour. She didn’t even ask if we are ok to wait or not. I felt a bit disappointed and i was thinking that’s alright i can go somewhere else. So i let it go at that time. Then on April 12,2022 We went to the restaurant on my sister’s birthday and booked a table earlier no issues with booking nobody mentioned about id’s at that time. In the evening when we reached there a girl told us to have a seat and after 5 minutes she came to our table and asked for 2 pieces of id we gave her driver’s license and vaccination card for myself and bcid and vaccination card for my sister. she said i need two photo Id’s. I mentioned to her we are not going to order Drinks at all just food. She said let me go and check with bartender and she came back with the same answer. This is not acceptable. What a massive disappointment. While travelling for work I was staying at a nearby hotel so I stopped in for dinner after a long day of driving. The service was VERY slow. I was seated at a dirty table by an employee and eventually someone came to give me a menu. I could see it was a little busy and I am generally understanding having worked in the service industry in my younger years. I should have heeded the first red flag, and then the second when the waitress forgot about my drink. After waiting for at least 15 minutes she finally brought it to the table. I placed my order with her and then waited almost an hour and was moments away from leaving without dinner when she brought my salad. The chicken was visibly dry and definitely not fresh. I would have flagged her down earlier but literally not a single employee came by my table.
