Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Trail

Yesterday, I picked up my order and was greeted by a super friendly young man. That was nice because I had been feeling down. I had a Tuscan salad with chicken and a Taqueria salad with steak. Both were excellent.

I ordered a salad today and received the same friendly service by a different employee. Awesome!

Their deliciously simple wings are my favorite wings ever, but I tend to overeat when I get them so I don't get them very often.

When I used to eat pizza, I really enjoyed theirs. I think it's the best in the area. If a mistake was made on the pizza, it was quickly corrected and I was given a credit towards my next order.

My only complaint is that they got rid of the antipasto salad. I don't know how to grill veggies like they did or I could make my own. They should post the...

Very poor delivery service, as well as the presentation itself. Evenings consistently involve forgotten pieces of the order. They are consistently late with deliveries and the pizza comes warm. I gave a 15-20% tip every time not realizing the delivery is warm at best. Not to mention poor display. The pizza looks like no effort has been put in. Many parts are missing cheese and sauce. I'm disgusted with ordering from here. I've complained multiple times about orders and been told a "credit" has been added only to be told, the next time I order, that there is no credit and the phone number has been put in wrong. What a load of piece, panago has usually been good. Thought they worked out what happened with someone else using my number. You would think the system would see the address being the same/ always paying instead of the one off that someone used my number on. How damn rude the staff were on the phone. They fought and argued, and made me feel like it was me who didnt pay for pizza.. Well if you see that its not the address that has been used over and over or even my name please don't let people try and get it / pay tomorrow.
