Subway — Restaurant in Trail

I am shocked and disappointed. This was my sons sandwich from the kids meal. You can clearly see he bit around some of the ham. It was sloppily made. This was 1 of 4 sandwiches I got today. Mine personally was the worst. I got a footlong subway club. The lady tried to give me 1 small piece of roast beef that was.... I kid you not.... maybe 2 inches in length, directly in the middle. I never got the extra cheese, or the parmesean I requested but I got charged for it and charged for the "extra beef". After having the staff person watch me intently instead of what she was doing, I noticed that she had also made mine sloppy too. Nothing was even on there. Had I not noticed, I would have had a half a sub with no lettuce. On top of all, she didnt hear half of what I was saying so I had to repeat myself, serveral times. The staff person seemed cold and shut off, maybe having a bad day? But regardless, it was far from welcoming. I will not return to the trail location. Please Be Warned, They do NOT clean their fountain pop machine. You will get sick! I ate here in 2022 drank coca cola from the fountain pop machine, the pop tasted like mold/mildew and as a result I spent the night on the toilet. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed I must have gotten sick from something else. I ate again there yesterday (2024), and had my usual foot long and fountain drink. I have never in my life tasted a more contaminated fountain machine. Bear in mind that I regularly consume approx. 250 cans of coca cola per month. So I am well aware of what coca cola should taste like. This had such a strong taste of mold and mildew is was shocking. I only had a few sips off the top of the drink, perhaps 1/8 of a large cup before I drumped it out. I again spent the night on the toilet last night with stomach issues. Friday, Jan 31st, 2020. Your afternoon worker bullied my friend into giving him a $10 bill she found on the ground. No one else was in the lobby, she picked it up and the worker yells at her saying she has to ask people if they dropped it first! Who is she supposed to ask when there is no one there! He continued to go on and say that his "cousin was just there, he PROBABLY dropped it." He continued to harass her, and she gave in. I guarantee that he pocketed it.
