Every time I visit this location (one Friday morning a month), I rarely ever get served. The older lady working the counter and drive thru will only serve drive-thru customers, and will engage in deep conversations with them. This morning, she was telling a customer about her drive to work, meanwhile I stood there waiting and waiting... then she went on about the weather, as they waited for his meal to be completed. It's a shame because that location used to be the best fast-food restaurant in this province. For a decade, my father and I would go there weekly for breakfast. I stop by there for the memory and hopes of that same service. Now, I'm lucky to get service at all. After waiting and waiting today, again, I walked out without even able to...

I ordered the dbl teen burger. I expected that because it was called the "dbl" teen burger . It would be dbl everything, 2 burgers, 2 tomatoes and 2 bacon. But it was only 2 burger patties. Also the amount of bacon was pathetic. Not even a full slice of bacon. I'm very disappointed with this meal. And do too this I will not bother ordering anything but a plain burger, if that and only if I'm with someone else who want's to eat here. I'll just go to Wendy's . At three in the afternoon Nov 8 , ordered chicken burgers and onion rings . It all had been sitting for some time so much so , the chicken crust edge was getting hard to bite into so tough and dry and barely warm . Onion rings were almost cold and in many pieces only a few actual rings . Not impressed , Kentucky doesn't treat us that way . This isn't the first time or even the second or third . Trying to be patient cause of covid but ...... No...
