After ordering and paying for my food I continued to wait 10 minutes for my meal. During which time the three family members of mine who had ordered before me had ordered, paid and left the restaurant. Customers behind me ordered, paid and starting receiving their orders on the counter. I asked if I could just have my meal refunded as I have been waiting for 10 minutes and I would just pay for the water ( which was actually put through on my order as she rung in coke instead) . The cashier went back to the kitchen and told the assistant manager that I wanted a refunded as apparently I had been waiting for 10 minutes as which time the customer who was behind me said " She has been waiting 10 minutes, what did you order because mine is already coming out?" I co tuned to wait for the assistant manager to come out to do the refund and ring in my water and never received an apology or anything, neither employee really spoke to me other than to tell me how much my water was. I finally was able to leave after almost 20 minutes of being in the restaurant with only a bottle of water to find out once I reached the car that my brothers ( who ordered separately) had their orders mixed up and had to switch out their sandwiches. My mom ended up having the sandwich I ordered and not the one she had asked for. The floor was very sticky both times. The playroom was freezing cold.
The May 27th visit, the staff complained very loudly that they weren't busy because of the "block party" happening downtown, however any other time I've driven by, you guys have never been busy and the parking lot is bare with the exception of staff parking. They also said very nasty and rude things about McDonald's, which was my employer at the time.
The Dec 2nd visit, one of the manager start barking orders at one of the employees and treating him like he was garbage. Ummm you're fast food joint. Not a military base. It's a wonder you have ANY staff at all.
Also, Patty- the one eyed burger mutant, needs to go! Telling staff to go dig holes and kill themselves in them. Publicly humiliating staff in front of customer because they had an anxiety attack. That is unacceptable and I recommended that NO ONE for any...

The white cheese was yellow. I went back in as I was a drive thru customer. And they already had the new ones waiting for me. They watched me get out of my car and come in. They knew those mozzarella sticks were not kept to timed and health standards. They did this purposely. They have potential gotten my boyfriend sick by not following health guidelines as per burger king business practices. Endangered a customer with knowledge of doing so.
