Harvey's — Restaurant in Uxbridge

We showed up the moment this Harvey’s location opened on Thursday morning with a decently large and specific take out order for our team.

Not only were the staff kind, patient, and detail oriented, they put a high level of thoughtful care into everything from individually bagging orders to ensuring there were enough condiments for everyone at our business lunch. Everything was fast, hot and made to order and the meals all got rave reviews from our colleagues.

Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff, especially the young man at the register who put together the order with me. He truly went above and beyond from cross checking our receipt to ensuring every bag was labelled with the correct name, and the correct spelling, and that each order was perfectly assembled down to the very last pickle. I am now turned off of Harvey's after this experience. Order regular cheeseburger with mustard, relish, ketchup and onions. The amount of toppings that was put on was outrageous. I open the wrapping and it was disgusting all the toppings were oozing out of the burger, what a mess, I couldn't touch the burger without getting mustard on my hands. First bite was like taking a spoonful of mustard on its own. There was so much mustard it made the bun soggy. I had to wipe the burger off inside and out to attempt to eat it then it was cold! To me that was put together by someone who doesn't give a dam about their job or their brand just slopping toppings on without any regard for who is eating it or how much we pay for that item which it outrageous these days. I had an Angus burger, which was fine. Otherwise the experience was poor. I had to reorder my onion rings because they were dark brown and hard as a rock. The Diet Pepsi that both my wife and I had was flat. The drip tray on the soda machine was overflowing onto the floor and surrounding area. There was food stuck to the ceiling directly above the food prep area. Also there was a thick layer of dust on the wall above where you order. Two elderly ladies were going to sit behind us but they chose elsewhere because of the spider web across the booth. A positive was that a staff member that was very helpful with replacing my onion rings and delivering some Chalet sauce that was forgotten with our order.
