I am pained to write a critical comment because this is a nice little food truck in a small town with few options and the owner seems like a great guy. We ordered the turkey burger and quinoa salad. The quinoa was very good, no complaints, good value and dressing was nicely balanced. I am not a vegan but I get tired of having meat all the time when traveling. The turkey burger seemed really good, dressed on a caibatta bun. Unfortunately it was raw in the middle and we didn't find out until we were down the road, too far to turn back for a correction. I suspect the patty was slapped on the grill frozen and didn't cook through. My advice, such as it is, would be to cook thawed meat and pay attention to doneness.
