Very disappointed with the customer service of this location. I have always been getting side of meat from both Metrotown & Richmond location of Basha and they always had the similar portion.

I ordered 2 sides of meat with a chicken platter. First of all y he meat was dray and secondly, one side literally had less meat than the size of palm. Upon confronting, the manager defended by saying all other locations are doing wrong and the amount they provided in one of the two boxes was the right amount. Long story short, not coming back to this...

It’s “okay”. Basha Grill review: three skewers, of average quality and small portions. For example, chicken skewer is not even cubed. Be forewarned, takes around 10 minutes to prepare, and if ordering during lunchtime when the lineup is long, someone can swoop your order: servers don’t pay attention and it’s extremely irritating having to wait again when your order was taken by someone from the back of the line. Overall, average, expensive for the amount of food, I recommend sticking with their shawarma (which is also,...

This food is UNBELIEVABLE!! Everything is super tasty, well seasoned, and fresh. The portions are always generous and well priced and there is so much to choose from. I stay away from gluten but my husband or kids don’t so this place is perfect for us as there options for everyone’s needs and taste buds. I highly recommend their chicken salad plate, any of their salads and omg their falafel 🥰🥰😍😍😍. The cherry on top? Their staff. Lunch hour in waterfront is crazy busy and somehow they keep up with the lineup with a smile...

Disappointed. The portions have shrunk severely since I was here last fall. I even heard an employee get a little scolded for putting too much meat into someone's wrap. Might've been just the day I was here, but last time the employees and the vibe was so positive, just not quite the same as when I visited twice last fall. Still tastes delicious tho, but be aware that the size of a wrap is like a small burrito. (Took two bites before photo! Sorry, but just for an idea of size.)

Food is a hit and miss sometimes is good other times taste as if reheated. This one in photo the chicken was hard and overcooked, potato’s also hard and not fresh. Don’t believe all the reviews, many of them are fake and probably by affiliates or the people who work for this chain. If you check out some of the profile accounts who gave this place a 5 star… almost always and ALL other the reviews they gave are ONLY from other BASHA restaurants. They think people are dumb!
