Very knowledgeable owner and her assistants gave to visitors a lot of information about well known and practically unknown, old or modern painters, sculptors from Europe, and the same from Vancouver. We came for a free educational lecture about great artists of the past, and got it, we were acquainted with the history of each painting, many unknown stories were told about technik, life of the authors of pictures we met there. Lovely woman Marieke (I hope I remember name correctly) - she showed me the works of Picasso and Salvador Dalí and shared captivating stories from their lives. I found her commentary incredibly engaging and it inspired me to dive even deeper into the lives of these brilliant geniuses.
