I've been wanting to try Fatburger for a long time and so we decided to check this place out while we were at waterfront. I gotta say the chicken crisper burger was pretty average and small and the fries were nothing special. The strawberry milkshake was good but the donuts were terrible. They were overly fried and very hard and just soaked everything in oil. The first batch we had was very hard and stale (?) and were not fluffy inside. The worker remade these for us and they looked slightly better but were still very tough and oily. I should've stuck to McDonalds across from them. Oh well, lesson learned. Fatburger is not good bang for your buck but I'd come back for their milkshake only. Pictures are attached. The donuts are the 2nd batch so they look better.

I really enjoy the fatburger brand and have ordered from several locations around the lower mainland. However this location seems to be sub par. Ordered 2 cheese burger deluxe meals (burgers fries and drink) and then was told that it was 2 bucks extra each drink, and meals are a choice between fries or a drink. Had to argue and bring up the mobile order website to show that it comes with the drink before they reluctantly gave it. The last gripe I have is the single use bag fee for a paper bag but they still use single use plastics for straws and cup lids... Burger was good, but fries were in a sorry, soggy state.

This place is located in the food court so finding it is a breeze. Fatburger never lets me down with their juicy burgers. This place offers really efficient staff with fast service. The place is also really clean. I've orderes the regular burger without cheese and a combo. The burger itself is full of flavor and really juicy. Topped with fresh cut lettuce and tomatos really hits the spot. The fries appear hand cut and was fluffy and airy. For anyone looking for a quick bite quality food this is one of those burger chains. Last weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Fatburger in Vancouver, and I must say, their cheeseburger was an absolute treat. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of grilling burgers set my expectations high, and I was not disappointed. The Burger: The star of the show, the cheeseburger, was a masterclass in burger-making. The beef patty was thick, juicy, and cooked to perfection - a delightful blend of tender and flavorful with every bite. The meat quality was clearly top-notch, with just the right amount of seasoning to enhance, not overpower, the natural flavors. The Cheese: The cheese was perfectly melted, blanketing the patty in a gooey, creamy layer that complemented the beef beautifully. It had a rich, satisfying flavor that melded seamlessly with the other ingredients. The Bun and Toppings: The bun deserves a special mention. It was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without getting soggy. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, adding a crisp texture and a hint of sweetness. The pickles added a tangy zing that balanced the richness of the meat and cheese. The Sauce: The burger was dressed with just the right amount of sauce, enough to add flavor without overpowering the other components. It was a perfect blend of sweet and tangy, tying the whole burger together. In conclusion, the cheeseburger at Fatburger in Vancouver is a must-try for any burger enthusiast. It strikes a perfect balance between quality ingredients and skilled preparation. I left satisfied and already planning my next visit. A solid 5 out of 5...

I was sad the other location at Stadium station closed... But was happy to see this one up and running.

Get:Bacon Chedder burger 🍔 with everything minus a tomato slice, ofc.

And Cali 🍔 is also pretty tasty. 😋

Worth the "extra cost"(compared to McDicks) and worth the walk down the road.

Not much to say about the staff. Aside from that I've never had any issues, and unlike perpetually whiney customers ..I don't go looking for problems. 99% of the time at 99% of the places I go what I get is what I expect.

Great food. Made fast. With fresh ingredients. And it's worth the higher price tag. Every. Damn. Time.

I have yet to try 5 Guys.(similar chain I hear) And unlike your misinformed friend...Carl's Junior is NOT equivalent...
