I've been trying to place an order with Carnitas El Rolys for months now, and it's always the same story: my order gets cancelled every single time. Itâs incredibly frustrating. If you're not willing or able to accept orders, then you shouldn't be listed on delivery platforms in the first place.
It doesnât matter what day or time I tryâwhether it's for delivery or pickup, the system either says you're too busy or doesnât allow the order at all. And if I do manage to get through, it ends up cancelled shortly after.
I've had your food before, and yesâthe meat is delicious. But the service? It's a disaster. Great flavour doesn't make up for terrible logistics and a complete lack of reliability. It feels like you're not even trying to serve your customers anymore.
If you're overwhelmed or donât have the staff or infrastructure to meet demand, thatâs totally understandable. But be honest about it. Remove yourself from delivery apps until you can actually fulfil orders. Right now, you're wasting peopleâs time and setting false expectations.

I ordered a family feast which included 1KG of Carnitas, fresh salsa, fresh pico and Serrano peppers. The portion fed all 6 of us! Another very attractive feature of this business is the cleanliness. The space is modern, open and shiny clean. Last of all I would love to recognize Victor and Jose. Victor is in charge of the front door. Very personable and passionate about the business. Placed an order for 1kg of carnitas (specifically asked for lean meat) and bread in the morning to be delivered later in the day. Received a box of left overs with 375g of skin and the rest was fatty meat. No bread. When this was brought to the ownerâs attention, he told me that the delivery was later in the day and I should be happy they were able to at least give me something.
