Komo Eats Vegan — Restaurant in Vancouver

I was finally able to order food from Komo’s newest venture and I’m so glad I did!

Ordered the mushroom mac, original mac, and the bacun chickn ranch wrap. I highly recommend splitting a mac and cheese and a wrap with a friend or partner as a nice complete meal. The portions for all Mac & cheese and wraps were on point. Everything was fresh and tasty.

I was surprised that I liked the jackfruit faux chickn in the wrap as often jackfruit isn’t always prepared in the best way from other places. I was also pleasantly surprised that there were big chunks of (oyster?) mushrooms throughout that mac dish and not just sprinkled on top.

So glad to support a fully vegan place that I bet your omni friends won’t even know it’s vegan.

I’m not sure if this is a test kitchen for future Komo Comfort Foods packaged meals or not, but I hope these fresh cooked options stick around (and even new ones added)!

Vegan comfort food that’s delicious, creative, satisfying and plentiful. High praise from a convert mac&cheeze lover as of now. KOMO’s roasted garlic mushroom m&c is creamy, rich and filled w a variety of mushrooms. Each m&c has a clever twist like Buffalo chick’n, veggies, fried leeks and other goodies. Shout out for the Buffalo chickn wrap! It’s crispy, packed with heat and yummy. The portions are huge - truly enough for two meals. Non vegans will love this food too!...
