Earls is always a good place to eat . Their food is good . This location seems to be quite busy . Our waitress Avielle , was amazing! Very kind courteous and took out order - she was on point . Disappointed when part of our order was incorrect , not the fault of our waiter , but the manager corrected it right away ! And that’s what matters . These things happen but on the whole experience was wonderful . The ambiance , food and the service was fantastic. I love this location - Thank you Earls for always being so welcoming and for the amazing service ! I’ll be back for sure ! Oh the new drinks ! Yummy ! You have to try the Passion Fruit Chili Margarita . My friend had the Mai Tai and both were definitely great ! The desert is to die for ! And most of all thank you to our very amazing and wonderful waitress Avielle for the amazing service ! I’ll definitely ask for you. An experience at a restaurant is always made extra special when you have an amazing experience with your waiter or waitress ! Thank you !
SECOND REVIEW : I recently had the pleasure of dining at Earls Kitchen and I must say, it was yet another exceptional experience that left me thoroughly satisfied. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by two amazing hostesses, Allyson and Emeline, whose warm smiles and hospitality set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable evening.
Our dining experience was elevated even further by our wonderful waitress, Tiz, who guided us through the menu with expertise and made sure our every need was catered to. The level of service provided was nothing short of outstanding, and it's evident that the staff at this location have truly mastered the art of service.
As always, the food at Earls Kitchen was a delight to the senses. Every dish we ordered was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavors that left us craving for more. It's clear that the kitchen staff take great pride in their culinary creations, and their attention to detail truly shines through in each dish.
One notable aspect of this dining experience was the affordable pricing. Despite the high-quality food and impeccable service, the prices were reasonable, making it an even more attractive choice for a memorable meal.
What truly makes Earls Kitchen stand out, apart from its delectable cuisine and top-notch service, is the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that envelops you from he moment you walk in. It's a place where you feel instantly at home, thanks in part to the dedicated team of professionals who go above and beyond to make you feel valued.
I would be remiss not to mention a special highlight of our visit. During a previous visit, we had the pleasure of being served by the wonderful waitress, Avielle. To our surprise, she recognized us during this recent visit and took the time to greet us with genuine warmth. This level of engagement and commitment to exceptional service truly impressed me and reinforced my belief in the dedication of the staff at Earls Kitchen.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Earls Kitchen to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. The combination of amazing food, impeccable service, affordable pricing, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this establishment a true gem. Kudos to the incredible team, including Allyson, Emeline, Tiz, and Avielle, who consistently go above and beyond to create memorable moments for...
Read moreAnother disappointing visit. Still waiting for my burger!!!..visited this location with a friend. Had to wait for 10 minutes before seeing a server. Then placed my order of wings and a deluxe burger. My friend, who arrived late, placed his order for wings and drink but hadnt made up his mind on his main. Server asked if I wanted my burger to come with the wings and I advised her that it could come out with whatever my friend ordered for his main. My friend's drink arrives and he places his order for his main, a caeser salad. About 15 minutes later his salad arrives, quickly followed by our order of wings. Needless to say my burger doesn't arrive. I finish my wings and still no burger. Finally my friend finishes both his wings and salad. The server appears and asked if we needed anything else. We ask when my burger is coming. The server comments that the kitchen is a bit off and will check on it.....its been a hour and a half!...she comes back to say she didn't put in my order as she was thinking my friend was going to order something else....which he did the caeser salad! She tells us she will put it in now at which point we are ready to go. I tell her to forget it as it's too late now. It wouldn't be that bad but this is the second time in a row the exact same thing happened to me at this location. Service needs to improve at this location. I have held my staff Christmas parties at the Richmond location for the past two years with no issues but will be rethinking that for this year.
Update:
I did reach out to Christian after he posted his reply but had no response...June, 17th at 2:55 pm.
Update #2: (July 7th)
Still no response from the restaurant. Obviously responses happen as quickly as hamburgers are served.
Don't get me wrong I do like Earl's, and have had many fine meals there over the past 30 years. But when an issue is raised so that it can be corrected, and the business responds and says that it would like to make it up to the customer and then doesn't actually follow through it doesn't leave a good impression.
Would have been better off just by apologizing and thanking the customer for bringing the issue to their attention, and to let them know that they will speak with the staff so that this hopefully won't happen again to another customer.
Final Update
Visited the restaurant again this past weekend. They did look after me and happy...

We visited Earl’s to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, what could have been a pleasant evening was overshadowed by a series of service missteps and poor communication.
While walking to the restaurant, we called to confirm we were headed in the right direction. We were told we were — but just 3 or 4 minutes later, we realized we were going the wrong way. After turning around, we arrived about 15 minutes later than planned. Not a major issue, but one that could have been avoided with more attentive assistance over the phone.
Once seated, we ordered the 6oz prime sirloin steak dinners with mashed potatoes and vegetables. While waiting, we requested more water, but it didn’t arrive until nearly 30 minutes later — and only after we followed up.
The food itself was a mix of highs and lows. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were delicious. However, the mashed potatoes were noticeably salty — enough to take away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. We mentioned this to our server, and eventually the dinner manager came by. The initial offer was to replace just the potatoes, but we asked about the rest of the plate, which had already cooled. There didn’t seem to be a clear plan for handling the entire dish.
Eventually, the manager offered to replace both meals. We agreed, hoping it would help salvage the evening. A short time later, my wife told me she had lost her appetite and didn’t want to continue with the meal. I asked the dinner manager if the replacement meals had been started. When she said they hadn’t, I let her know we’d prefer to cancel them — we just wanted to leave.
The server provided takeout boxes, and we were told the bill had been waived, a gesture we appreciated. Still, the damage had already been done.
The issue wasn’t just about salty potatoes. It was the lack of proactive service, the delayed responses, and the absence of empathy in how the situation was handled — especially on what was supposed to be a special evening.
There’s potential here, the steaks and vegetables showed the kitchen is capable, but the service and overall guest experience need to improve significantly for us to...
