We love this little hidden gem on Granville Island.
We often treat ourself with their homemade ginger 🫚 ale after our walk during the summer. Sometimes, their gelato - they have matcha green tea and black sesame that I enjoy. However, on a cloudy winter day, we tried their hot beverages today.
We had a hot ginger brew, small for $4.4. It tasted like a hot version of their ginger ale but less sweet and gingery, plus a piece of lemon. I loved it.
Also, a hot ginger latte, small for $4.6. It had a robust ginger flavour, it was smooth and had a sweet after taste.
A mango smoothie which had a lot of mango you could see.
You had to go to the back of the Granville Island and an alley called Shops of Creekhouse. It is kind of next to/ behind the Sand Bar.
The place is run by a couple and they are nice and polite. The interior is cozy and I like it is always clean. I also love the little details of the tables. Each table is different and is like a little display for some artworks.
Total costed $16.4; being promoted by the machine, if you choose to tip, they only ask for 5%, 10% to start with.
This little place will remain as our hidden gem on...

Cozy, quiet and tucked away from the crowded Market, you can sit and watch the water and view of downtown. Mr.Kim and Young always friendly and warm, serving you their lovingly prepared food. In the winter, I love their Russian borscht. Their coffee is always fresh. In the summer, no one can resist their gelato and sorbet, especially when you see the giant ice cream cone statue. Just sitting there is restoring to the soul. With loving and relaxed energy, they sure are the heart of...
