Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Tried it the first time but will never do it again. Maybe it might be case to case basis or might be different from other branches but I don't know. First, when the cashier handed me the card machine to pay, he suddenly press some buttons which I know he pressed the tip amount already and I let it pass. They were chatting all the time and waited quite long for my order to arrive. By the time I received the pizza, I just hurried home without checking the pizza(trust), to find out that they forgot the 2 dips I ordered, burned the mushrooms, chicken wings smells and tastes "fishy" and the cheese in the pepperonni & cheese stuff crust where not cooked as they were harder to chew. I called them to ask if they can deliver the dips to my house(15 min walk) but they won't and ask me to just pick it up today or they will just give it for my next purchase(that won't happen anymore). I hope this will help them realize what they lack as there is no customer service...

Had a horrible experience, the staff hung up on me 5 times when I was calling from another store with another manager. It was my mistake I ordered to the wrong store but I called before it was made. I was told they can not help me refund I have to do it myself but there is no way for me too on the app. The employees are extremely rude. Management then resolved the problem thanks to another manager from a different store. I feel the managers should train there staff on how to deal with customers rather than the solution being hand up of them. I will never order to that location as so many reviews prove how poorly run it is. I have the conversation on recording of them constantly hanging up on me. We used to go to Little Caesars a lot back in the 90s. I feel like back in this days, they used to have special pizzas that were square shaped. We don't really get pizza here that often anymore but saw an ad for their new crazy puffs and decided to try them.

A novelty item (like when they introduced stuffed crazy bread). These little puffs of bacon and cheese on mini puffs is pretty salty. Not something that you would want to eat everyday but interesting (and quite Lily oily too).

We also ordered a Detroit-style supreme. What we received didn't really look like the picture. Not really on par with things like AJ's. It's missing the noticeable cheese skirt around the rim. The crust itself is thick and gives a...
