My husband goes without me, into this subway ask the worker for a TURKEY sub (iman is her name unless she told us a fake name) and since the meats are in a covered section, all shielded and covered with a metal cover, my husband could not see what she was doing…he also asked her for double cheese so the meat would have been covered. She proceeded to put lettuce on and all the messy ingredients she put on Soo much jalapeño when asked for extra and from what my husband said …it was a lot. So due to my religious background I do not eat beef or pork, haven’t in the 40 years I’ve been on this earth! The lady makes the sandwich and with the trust I have with subway…when I get off work I proceed to eat it at home I eat like 6 bites and since there is tons of jalapeño and cheese I can taste that in the beginning…then I smell something and the taste becomes off…I open my sandwich and realize it’s HAM!!! I am in shock and just realizing that that worker gave us the wrong meat and I’ve now eaten it! I am shaking at this point and just sooo angry and disappointed and want to cry! I start feeling sick to my stomach and end up vomiting because I feel so nauseous! I’ve been Soo grossed out ever since! My husband and I return to subway and he asks her if she remembers him from 2 hours ago she thinks and says are you the delivery guy and so does not remember or plays dumb! She also made the sandwich and then 10 seconds later asked my husband what sandwich he got…her memory is so bad and they want to be tipped here too! Unbelievable ! I ask the worker do you not know the difference between the meats and she says she does and her excuse is …it was busy…my husband say nope it really wasn’t! This place has terrible customer service! I am so done with subway! Someone reached out to me from the franchise and says I hope the replacement sandwich was made correctly (I’m like what???!! Did he miss the part that they made me eat ham and don’t even care what has taken place and what careless worker they have that can’t work under pressure it seems! They pretty much did not and it’s a slap on the wrist and I’m sure nothing will be done! So I won’t bother with subway and there unprofessionalism! Read moreI’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. I’ve lived in this area for over 20 years, and unfortunately, the problems at this store have been consistent the entire time. Corporate really needs to step in and evaluate how this establishment is being run.
The staff here are consistently rude and seem to look for excuses to charge extra for almost everything. Today was the final straw for me. After my workout, I stopped by, and the employee behind the counter not only treated me disrespectfully but also made unnecessary personal comments. When I called out his rude behavior toward another customer, he responded with unprofessional remarks like “What do you know about running a business? I have two in India, I just work here.” He even mocked me for arriving on a scooter—completely irrelevant and insulting.
It’s not about what I drive or what I wear. It’s about basic respect and professionalism. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, regardless of appearance. This kind of behavior has gone unchecked for far too long, and it reflects very poorly on the Subway brand.

Read moreI finally had an appetite this evening. After several days of being ill. I went in and there was a young woman with long black hair. I believe Indian descent. When I walked in there was nobody else there and before I even reached the counter she was saying something. I didn't make it out until I got closer and she proceeded to tell me it would be at least 15 minutes before she could make a sandwich for me. It was in a tone and it was unclear why. I asked her why she said she had a big online order. I told her I would go to the store across the street and then I'd be back in a couple minutes. I literally came back a couple minutes later and she was serving another customer. Not feeling so great. I wasn't very pleased to see that. In fact, she was done within a few minutes. She started to complain how she's alone and doing everything by herself etc. Not in a space to really hold that for her. I told her yeah we all have trouble and right now I need to have some food.
