The staff is very friendly.!!!!!

Today I asked for a sleeve for my salted caramel mocha frappuccino. The man gave me one then noticed it had a wet spot on it that was either sticky or just plain wet. Anyways he politely asked for the sleeve back and handed me a new one with no markings on it.

Completely unnecessary but so thoughtful as I would hate to be holding on to a sticky cup.

There are marking set up so people know where to stand and it's never crowded inside which is amazing cause at the moment I feel very uncomfortable when people are standing close to me.

It's also very clean inside with clean washrooms. Which is a plus because not only are they clean but they are open! So hard to find public washrooms that are open these days.

My drink was prefect and tasted great. Name was spelt correctly and the people there were both attentive and polite. They greeted each customer with a friendly smile and seemed to like their jobs which makes for happy customers. It's the worst when you feel like people are miserable to serve you which was not a feeling I got at all.

Also there's lots of sitting room outside at this location. There is some sitting room available inside that's set of prefect for social distancing. In all a great location and spot for any coffee lover

Starbucks at Kings way and boundary is good place with The good service. Megan is the the best n most notably hard working great service with a huge Smile . It's always a pleasure to meet good people at Kingsway and Boundary Starbucks. Of course the manager is always nice guy . Elliott and East 49th ave sturbucks manager is really sweet guy. And the manager at 57 Ave and Kerr is very nice. Of course our girl at Metro station next to best buy is a manager of years now always been nice.

BUT!!!!!??? what the problem with those IRANIAN Group of girls at Chapters? They always close the bathroom a few hours before closing at least 1 hour before every day. And most of time closed all afternoons by saying bathroom light not working or oh the toilet plugged, of some body made a mass and all the frkn time they closed the bathroom. And one bathroom is never used as they said while ago somebody DIED IN STURBUCKS BATHROOM, So the Iranian girls said that's the why that bathroom is closed for life. My Goodness. Those girls have Iranian party everyday after work they closed the doors and eat all left food in stuff. It's time to sell out the...

This is my second time at this location and I’m leaving this review after my second visit and experiencing the same problems.

As someone that has a visible disability and walk with arm crutches, I asked if I could have my coffee brought to me at the table. The young man at the cash said they don’t do that and I had to go to the handoff.

As a previous partner with Starbucks for several years, I am knowledgeable with the accommodations that should be applied for someone with a disability. The staff at this location need training and empathy in dealing with customers with disabilities.

Furthermore, the tables in the cafe are extremely dirty and have not been bussed for some time.

The two stars is for my drink. Unfortunately, in the cup it was only 2/3 full.

As a customer who is paying the increased costs of the beverages and cafe items, it would be nice to see it reflected to have a full cup of coffee, a clean location, and staff that are friendly and helpful.
