Paragon Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

I don't where to begin, I was at my church's youth games night and I had the unfortunate misunderstanding that the food provided would equivalent to a meal but more snacks and drink buy needed a meal since I worked out the gym prior and desperately needed a filling and despite not eat unhealthy on regular basis as it take trendmenous effort for stay in shape and healthy. We talking about as much the gym 6 days a week for 2 or more hours. My physical and mental stamina quite literally regularly last 24 hours no sleep. It's a problem I've had a kid and adult all my life but it's since been worked and evolved to the point last even days is theoretically possible for me. So I decided to go this wonderful pizza place for a medium pepperoni pizza with a pop deal of the day for Friday. They a deal of the pizza and a pop for 14.99 and was made my decision to purchase from here. The gentleman working was cooking was just such a kind and caring professional that when I was charged for the price such for the standard they would charge for it. I informed that was not what I was trying to purchase. I believe a simply misunderstanding so he gracious Refunded the money spent on debt card by cash then charged correct amount. I believe he was either the owner or seriously dedicated manager. If was a worker without those responsibilities then is just even more impressive dedication to his job. For small, quaint small business pizza place, that's best customer service and pizza around my church which minutes away. I do give such praise unless I have reason and the respect such people. I have aspires to Engineer Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces then Prime Minister and this gentlemen and the employees all have the highest praise from me. Bless these wonderful people who work here especially the owner. They will for sure time and time until the days come I leave my home province BC, they represent the spirit of what means be Canadian professional citizens. I could feel have so honored to have interacted such wonderful people. It's them that push me further be Prime Minister of Canada. My dream make Canada great again, then repair our damaged relations with our American brothers and sisters then after all that create the means for true lasting global peace. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to address any concerns. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond. He greeted me with a welcoming smile, checked in frequently, and chatted with me while I waited for my takeout order. His professionalism and genuine care for our satisfaction were truly commendable.

I called for delivery , it was $41 in total the delivery came 1 and 1/4 hr later(they told me 40mins) the delivery guy wont leave my house unless i give him the $9 from my $50bill as TIPS!! He REFUSE to give me back my $9 change and said that is he's 'TIPS' I will never order from this place again... such rude people with zero manners. In the end i gave him the $9 and told him he is the worse delivery driver ever.. the pizza was nothing too spiecal a little wet in the middle. - long delivery time - rude divers -expect no change back! Worse pizza for the price . by far .

edit 2: I did offer him tips, i said give me back $5 as change and keep the rest but he simply REFUSED to do so. so i gave up my money in the end. honestly $5 is nothing its just their manner that got my so pissed off. VERY VERY VERY...
