Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Ordered from this location directly through their website. Arrived quickly, no muss, no fuss... Didn't taste all that good.

The meats were either super cheap or undercooked--or possibly both. The cheese smothered everything for some reason, so I think that may have prevented the meat from being properly cooked. either way, a mildly unpleasant flavor permeated everything, and my stomach is gurgling after eating. That's a bad sign.

Veggies were fine.

The website has options for how much cheese you want. I asked for less cheese, but the pizza arrived with a very thick layer across everything. Now I don't know, maybe they just really love their cheese, and to them this is less, but in my experience that is a mistake and demonstrates poor understanding of food and their own customer base. For the three slices that I actually ate, I ended up picking off most of the cheese with my fingers, which is ridiculous, and something that one should never have to do when asking for less cheese. Now, I've had other places make the quantity mistake in reverse, but they actually had good cheese, and I ended up eating it anyway. This place doesn't have good cheese. Also, while I do like cheese, It's not the main ingredient for me. I'd like to have a little bit of it with my pizza, not a little bit of pizza with my cheese. I left the rest of the pizza out for my housemates, but I don't think they'll like it all that much either.

Learn how to cook, use your ingredients better, and don't rely on low grade cheese to solve all your problems.

New review. I SO want to not have a bad experience here. There is nothing near us, so it's limited options especially when walking. My general rule now is to ONLY ORDER OFF THE MENU no special requests. So maybe this is my fault. We got panzerotis and I asked if they could cook the pepperoni before putting it inside. To which I was told no, ok fine I'll get ham and pineapple cause ham won't be gross uncooked like pepperoni. But you know what else would be gross? UNCOOKED BACON! so I was so pleasantly ( very sarcastic ) surprised to get a big mouth of woogly bacon on my first and last bite. I am writing a frustrated review instead of attempting to get a replacement or money back because when we were given the absolutely wrong pizza the process to resolve the errors of the restaurant we're clearly intended to not allow that. Which is I guess why every time I think we'll it's close, I'll just get something off the menu, they can't screw it up that badly. They do, they just don't care about the customers. Just our money.

Man, ordered a pick up pizza the system changed my order which I was told happens all the time and you need to check your email and call in to fix it . . . . 3 calls in after being really poorly treated the pizza I actually ordered was put through and I was told it would be here as soon as possible. Worst Pizza Pizza place I've been in. I wanted to order 1 slice of Pepperoni but the girl didn't want to make one since they already have old Cheese slices on the heater which looks like they've been sitting there for hours. Last time I went the pizza slice itself was hard and barely edible and the onion rings also tasted old and seems like it has been made a while back but was just re-deep fried to appear as if it was recently made.

I've come to this location a couple times and the quality of food and customer service has been consistently below average. If you know the food quality no longer meets the acceptable standard, it would be better to just throw them away instead of forcing them to paying customers.
