Been looking for another neighborhood place to get pizza from ever since our last go-to pizza shop went downhill. Supreme Pizza is located on Victoria Dr and seemed like a nice place to try (but their online ordering system is messed up so we had to order over the phone). Got the medium everything pizza. Not bad but toppings seemed a bit skimpy. It's based on a thickish crust (better when reheated to get a nice crunch). Also ordered the lasagna and spaghetti. Honestly, these are almost identical to each other aside from the type of pasta and you can't tell them apart from looking at them because they are covered in cheese. That being said, I did like how cheesy they were. I was surprised at how good the honey garlic wings were. The wings were super juicy. Overall, not a bad pizza place (not great but it would do in a pinch).

The pizza actually tastes good underneath all that well-done cheese and rock-hard crusts. Problem is, they insist on overcooking it. Supremely Overcooked. I have to beg for them not to overcook it but its more trouble than it’s worth (god forbid I should forget to request they don’t burn it!). There are a minimum of 8 people standing around in that kitchen. Surely ONE OF THEM knows how to cook a pizza so the mozzarella is gooey?!?!

Supreme Pizza on Victoria Drive is one of the best in the City. I moved away from the neighborhood many decades ago and drive by quite often and seeing it's still in business. Pizzas must be good! My boy and I order 3 larges and we were not disappointed. The crust was perfect with lots of cheese and toppings right to the edges. The pizzas were promptly available on time for pickup even on a Friday night. Highly recommend.

I've lived a few blocks away from Supreme Pizza for the last 5 years, and only recently patronised them. This pizzeria is busy, to say the least. I called their first number and it was busy; called the second number and was asked to be put on hold. Customer service is minimal and curt, which is expected; the call lasted no more than 25 seconds. On another note about customer service, their prices include taxes! More places need to adopt this practice.

I ordered a small Vegetarian Special and was told it would be ready for pick-up (10% off!) in about 20 minutes. Got to the tiny shop and the counter staff was on the phone taking more orders. While I waited, I saw 6-7 staff in the kitchen efficiently preparing orders. There were a few lawn chairs for walk-ins to sit and wait. To the side of the order window there were at least a dozen boxes of pizza ready to be picked up. Supreme Pizza is strictly take-out. There are no prepared slices for sale at a window, and every pizza is made to order.

The Vegetarian Special was quite tasty and filling—10" is small enough to be wolfed down in one sitting. Pizza was fresh and piping hot; cheese was stringy; toppings bountiful and well roasted in the oven. Perhaps because the pizza was vegetarian, it would have been tastier if there was meat on it. Nonetheless, I am happy to continue patronising Supreme Pizza and look forward to trying the rest of its menu.

Update: 5 stars; tried their Cook's Special, Supreme Special, and Everything Special, and all were very good. My favourite so far has to be the Everything Special—some of the best pizza I...

I used to order from here every week. They knew me by name, always greeted me with a smile, and made me feel like a valued customer. That kind of loyalty and familiarity meant a lot to me.

But on my last visit, I ordered a pizza over the phone, and when I arrived, it was wrong. Instead of owning the mistake or offering to fix it, they insisted I had ordered what they made, even though my wife was in car, heard the call and clearly heard what I asked for. No apology, no accountability, just take the pizza and go. I didn’t have the energy to argue, so I paid and left.

The pizza didn’t even taste the same anymore. Something’s missing, both in the food and the overall service.

Really disappointing to see how much has changed. After over 15+ years of being a loyal customer, I don’t think...
