I made an online delivery order on March 30th. I did not receive a confirmation email or call or anything and there was no funds deducted from my bank account. I place the same exact order to get the number from the restaurant to call to cancel just so I could confirm my order. A lady picked up the phone when I called the restaurant and rudely told me that she didnt know what to do and told me that I should call the pizza hut call center and she rerouted me.
I asked the call center to cancel my order, and they told me to just call the restaurant so they rerouted me again. However, no one would answer and I called the number again but it would keep rerouting me to the call center, who kept telling me to just call the restaurant and transferred me to the restaurant even though they would not answer. This happened 4 more times before I gave up calling the call center.
40 minutes later, the first order arrived, and I spoke to the delivery person and told them what happened. I told them I was unable to reach the restaurant, and I asked if they could call and cancel the order for me as I don't need 2 of the exact same orders. They said it was alright, its busy so the restaurant couldn't answer the phone (which is fair enough), but simply tell the next person coming that you don't need the order, and to send it back to the restaurant and get them to call me whenever they were free.
So the next driver comes and I tell him that and they said alright, they'll tell the restaurant to call me. Nothing happened, so I wrote a letter on the Pizza Hut site and complained and FINALLY got a call back. At this point, the funds were still not taken from my bank account.
The person on the phone tells me that he's sorry and they were busy, and they'll refund my money back and they'll even add on a $20 credit to my phone number. Fair enough, it was annoying, but at least everything worked out in the end.
Today is May 12th, and I still have not received my money back. I even called to try to place another order for delivery and use my credit. However, the restaurant was not picking up their phones, which rerouted me to the call center who again told me to just call the restaurant. After the second person to talk to me on the call center told me I was unable to use my credit unless the store confirms it, they told me that they'll call the restaurant to confirm.

I have been going to Pizza Hut for many years and my experience today has got to be the worst customer service interaction ever in my life. I placed an order with this location over the phone and was advised that my order going to be ready in approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival, the TV screen showed that my order was ready for pick-up. After paying for the order, I realized they had not even started preparing my order. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to complete the order. The women at the front did not even acknowledge the delay and became defensive and rude when I asked for an explanation. She was offensive and obnoxious. When I asked to speak to the manager, she curtly replied that she was the manager and walked away.
