So i ordered a $150 party tray of chicken chow mein. I was given the party tray and one other $70 tofu dish i ordered and said to the lady thank you bye and walked out the door. Everytime i order this dish on its own the noodles come tossed in the sauce. I get home and am informed by the restaurant that i have left the sauce for the noodles at the restaurant. I asked the waitress what sauce are you talking about. She said the sauce for the chow mein is still at the restaurant and i forgot to take it. I said i have the chow mein tray already what sauce, she said they seperated the dry noodles from the sauce. I told her i had no idea that they were doing that as i always order the noodles and they are already mix in the sauce. I told her that she should have told me that the noodles are separate from the sauce. She told me to come back and pick up the sauce, i said im already at home and guest are arriving can you deliver the sauce to me since YOU did not inform me this is the case and the sauce is separated. She argued with me and directly blamed me for the problem saying she thought i am putting the items in my car and coming back for the sauce even tho I said to her thank you bye and walked out the door I told her how am i supposed to know there is sauce when i never ordered this like this before and she should have told me they separated the sauce and noodles. Then when I asked for discount for the trouble having to come back she said she is not the boss and only works there and cant do anything and then she HUNG UP ON ME !!!!!!!!! Terrible service and no regard to making things right. I had to drive back to the store pick up the sauce and also get an earful of how its not the restaurants fault this all happened, i told her i left a tip for the order and i wish i did not because this is terrible service. I will never go back to this place after the way i was treated. This lady has no customer service skills. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This restaurant rips you off and steals from you and is fraud. On September 29th 2021 I have came in to buy some BBQ pork. I have accidentally paid with the wrong account so I pressed the option VOID on the transaction. The void receipt for the $38.16 was printed out. I then have processed my new payment of $38.16 on to the correct account. I checked both my bank accounts and saw the $38.16 charged on to both accounts on the same day. I have notified the restaurant and they told me it's not true it was voided. I have gone to my bank couple days later once I had time and they have confirmed that the payment was NOT voided on the restaurant's end and they need to refund me the money and printed out records for me to show the restaurant. On the same day I have went back to the restaurant and spoke to another person there and showed her my receipt and the printed out transactions from the bank. Her response to that was that her machine shows that the transaction was voided and she can't refund me although the transaction was charged when they say it's voided. The woman at the restaurant told me she will contact their payment machine company and call me back by the following week which she has not. It's been close to 10 days and still no one is talking to me. So I have ended up paying a total of $76.32 for $38.16 worth of food. Very terrible and shady customer service and they rip you off and steal from you. Do not I repeat do not give this place any business at all! They are disgusting thieves! Read moreI don’t think I would give a review because of the food, but the attitude of the lady at cashier is unacceptable. I ordered food here for 5 years but this will be my last time ordering food from here. I ordered the crispy pork and it’s charged at $18, the first box (in first picture) she gave to me was full of fat, all skin got ripped off. It was never like this before, so I requested for an exchange or a refund if they are out of it (in a polite way). I explained to her that it was too fat, we can’t have it. She started yelling and doesn’t want to take it back, but me, I just need a solution. She doesn’t want to refund either, and after arguments, she finally agreed to exchange it to me, but I decided to leave it full piece for me this time. She served other people first and let me wait. I’m ok. Then she raised voice to call me over after serving all other customers. I felt very disrespectful as a customer. She gave me a new piece and asked me to pay $2.05 more, which is more what I paid before. However, at this point I just need something that I can eat. Luckily I checked it before I leave!
