Pizza Rubato Napoletana — Restaurant in Vancouver

This was an order placed through Uber eats. Ordered the capricciosa pizza, cherry boccocini salad and Nutella calzone. Pizza came cold and obviously dropped as you can see in picture. Pizza wasn't bad but I'm sure it would have been more enjoyable if it was hot and not mangled. As for the salad I could have just ordered a container of boccocini as that was not a salad, if it had more basil besides the few petals it came with then maybe. As for the Nutella calzone, just throw some Nutella on a rubber band and chew.

I've bought a slice from them at the store before and quite enjoyed it. So when I decided to order a Margherita pizza this weekend for delivery I went through their website. The ordering was easy, however it seems that Uber Eats was used for delivery. It took roughly an hour and twenty minutes from when I placed order initially for me to get it; nearly an hour for the delivery alone. I called to make a complaint and the staff was polite, but there's not much that they can really do since the delivery was through Uber Eats. The pizza itself was still delicious (one of the few foods that is still fortunately good when cold. Which it very much was by that point), but I don't think that I would do delivery from them again. Especially not for the price that was charged.

Napoletana pizza was very tasty and properly prepared in a large pizza oven from Italy. Friendly staff welcomed us and explained the pizza choices as required. Pizza Rubato Napoletana offers about a dozen ready to go pies on the counter for a selection of a slice or three at what I think is a good price for good food. If you want a whole Napoletana pizza like we did they have a good listing with add-ons available. A large pizza was great for two people- who love good Napoletana pizza. You can can also split the pizza with a different choice on each half. If you want other than pizza, come to Rubato for salads and Italian styled foods too.
