UPDATE: STAY AWAY! I made the mistake of trusting their Google rating but just read the other 1-star reviews to find out their approach to customer service. There is a similar pattern of disrespect, especially if a customer leaves a 1-star review. If you are thinking of buying from them, just read the owner's replies to all 1-star reviews and you will get a fairly good understanding of this company.
I have yet to see a company that thinks THIS LOWLY OF ITS CUSTOMERS. Please see the screenshot where the OWNER says "we get many customers like you everyday who eat the products and then ask for a refund."
I am glad their pathetic behavior towards their customers is out in public and hope fewer people will suffer the consequences of engaging in any form with this company.
They will blame everything but themselves and you can see this in the other 1-star reviews: it is either the fault of the shipping company or the supplier or they have been having "internal staffing issues." Who do they blame for their pattern of disrespect towards customers? They seem desperate to accuse the customer of something (in my case, it is that I did not provide a photo that nobody asked for in the time period of 3 months). But you can see the same pattern in other 1-star reviews, it is either the customer's fault or the shipping company/supplier at fault.
Ever since this public review, this company has been emailing us to remove our negative reviews. We have closed this case on our end without getting a refund. However, they are trying to get us to remove our reviews in return for a refund. SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED.
THEY WILL PUT A STICKER ON THE EXPIRY DATE SO THAT YOU CANNOT FIND OUT IT IS EXPIRED. We received the order around June 15 2024 (after shipping delays, which is not even in the original complaint because you cannot expect this company to get even one thing right) and the STUFF WAS EXPIRED MAY 2024. Nobody asked for a photo. YOU CAN SEE THE ATTACHED ORIGINAL EMAIL SENT ON JUNE 14 AND THEIR RESPONSE.
AND LET'S ASSUME THAT THEY HAD ANYTHING LIKE A PROPER BUSINESS IN PLACE AND HAD ASKED US FOR A PHOTO 3 MONTHS AGO WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS RAISED, the refund would have been maximum $10-$20. They must be crazy to think a customer would keep expired stuff for 3 months just in case they suddenly want a photo for proof and then write reviews for a refund that is MAXIMUM $10-$20.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - They will send you expired stuff. If you email them to report, they will make sure that the owner calls you from time to time, even on weekends, to complain about issues he is having with his supplier.
I contacted their support team by email because some items were missing and some were expired. Over the next 3 months, it became my responsibility to ask for updates on this issue and whenever I sent an email, I would invariably get a call. They don’t seem to possess an ounce of professionalism between them - the owner has no hesitation in calling you on your phone, just so he can ramble on about how his sourcing person made so many mistakes with the orders and how difficult it is for him to sort them out.

Had a strange experience here when buying a surprise bundle, very unsatisfied with the product we received. We bought a surprise box for $10 that was supposed to have $30 value and received 4 popsicles... the owner told us they were "extremely exotic" but the popsicles were just rocketpops you can buy at any icecream truck in the summer. I'd never pay $7 for a popsicle on a regular day let alone for a rocketpop. Beyond disappointed. Go seek out Lucky's Exotic, same products overall but they've actually given me the listed value when I've bought a surprise box from them.
EDIT to address the stores response since I can't seem to reply: We understand that we purchased via the app, but that doesn't excuse the misrepresented value or experience in store.
And to be clear. I don't leave reviews often, but I felt the need to as we felt deceived by your surprise box listing. We use google reviews to gauge if a surprise box on the app is worthwhile or not. So I hope any future app users see this and steer clear. Adjust your value rating, or maybe provide the actual value. But as-is I won't be recommending...

I unfortunately received different than i had picked. I reached out immediately and let them know, they said they would send the right ones after two weeks i hadn’t heard anything and reached out again and within minutes the owner called me and explained that he was having some issues with staff and apologized profusely. We sorted it out and he said he would send it out soon, he kept up with me while i waited for my order to come. He had included two extra items as compensation for the delay and issues i faced to receive the order. He is doing his best while running a bussiness and sometimes when you employ people, they don’t have the same level of care you have for your business and things like this can happen.
