Soupetc! — Restaurant in Vancouver

I have regularly purchased Soup Etc since it's been available at a number of stores I shop at. I had a slight issue with one bag I purchased and contacted the company. Within minutes I had a response from the company president (before 7 am) who apologized and explained the situation and arranged for a very generous replacement of bags of soup, delivered by one of their employees right to my workplace. I bought tomato with a tan at Saveway Burquitlam. It was delicious. I live alone, so I like the convenience of just a cup of soup, and able to seal the remainder back into the container.
