I have regularly purchased Soup Etc since it's been available at a number of stores I shop at. I had a slight issue with one bag I purchased and contacted the company. Within minutes I had a response from the company president (before 7 am) who apologized and explained the situation and arranged for a very generous replacement of bags of soup, delivered by one of their employees right to my workplace. I bought tomato with a tan at Saveway Burquitlam. It was delicious. I live alone, so I like the convenience of just a cup of soup, and able to seal the remainder back into the container. The soup was not ladened with heavy herbs or spices which oalways override the true flavor. It tasted very close to my Grandma's homemade tomato soup. Well done!! I will not go back to...
