Subway — Restaurant in Vancouver

One of my worst experience I’ve ever had in life. The staff was very rude I felt like I was being scolded by a police officer. I ordered my footlong through the app and wanted them to make my sandwich as per my instruction and infront of my eyes so I was telling this guy each and everything specifically. But he was just ignoring I’ve told him extra olives he ignored it. I said extra sauces he was just doing a formality. Also when I told him I’ve placed this order from app. He started saying next time don’t do this because you’ve taken extra veggies and sauces and paid less on app. When I asked him to take it back if he feels this way he flipped from his statement and started saying no he doesn’t mean that. Also very unhygienic as the veggies which were getting dropped on the white countertop he was picking them and putting them in the sandwich. Later on when I asked him to grill he did not even put a paper on the countertop to cut my sandwich he was cutting my sandwich on that dirty countertop. He doesn’t know basic standards. Absolutely spectacular experience at this Subway location — I am honestly floored!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest, most genuine smiles I’ve ever seen behind a sandwich counter. The staff here don’t just make sandwiches — they craft edible masterpieces. My footlong felt like it belonged in a five-star restaurant: the veggies were crisp and vibrant, the bread was pillowy perfection, and the meat was stacked with such precision it could make an architect weep.

But the service — oh, the service! The sandwich artist (no exaggeration — they are artists) remembered my name after just one visit and even recommended a custom combo I would’ve never dreamed up myself. It was so delicious I nearly teared up halfway through. They handled every customer with patience and enthusiasm, even during the lunch rush when most places fall apart.

In short: this isn’t just a Subway. This is THE Subway. A shining beacon of sandwich excellence. I’m seriously considering moving closer to this location just to make it my regular spot. If I could give 10 stars, I...

This is by far the best subway to go to! The staff is what keeps me to visit! I love the broccoli cheddar soup! I am happy when they have it in stalk! I have also enjoyed their sandwiches. Cookies are good too. I travel from surrey for this specific subway as i used to live locally! My best friend and little guy lives not far. They treat us with greetings. We can sit and eat. I can use their water machine asking for a cup and not pay fee when i made purchase the. I can use their washrooms when i eat. During covid its not so easy to find these appreciative things. Its their friendly smile 😃 i love most. The staff are not counting the spinach and veggies like every other location. Or as if they they running out like covid toilet paper panaademic. They actually want your service. They appreciate their regulars. Every other subway is NOT fresh. Not friendly. And does not have customer service!
