Metro 1 Catering & Tandoori Takeaway — Restaurant in Vancouver

Yesterday, i ordered food for 10 ppl from this restaurant and it's my very first experience with them, no doubt the food is delicious. From very starting I was taking to a girl Reena, she is the one who is dealing with pricing and menu, firstly i thought she is owner of this restaurant but when I heard she is just an employee I was amazed bcz how come an employee can deal so nicely to customers and the way she is dealing seems like she is running her own business, outstanding. I don't usually leave reviews but feel compelled to when the food is this bad. I ordered 1 lb of cod fish pakora last night for takeout. Everyone told us how great these are here. Only to discover when i got home, the cooks over cooked the cod to the point that is was very dry and chewy - basically unedible. Threw it away - wasted $$$. Second time ordering here and unfortunately this experience was horrible. We ordered the cod fish pakoras butter chicken and chole bhatureh. The fish was super dry which we through out and the bhatureh were super dark the oil definitely wasn’t changed and the butter chicken was very bland. Called into let them know and the girl that answered was very sorry and offered 10% discount on future orders. Won’t be needing the 10% discount as we will not be coming here again.
