I visited the restaurant around 6 PM on June 23. Unfortunately, the staff on duty did not manage the queue properly. I placed my order before several other customers, but I was told to sit and wait while she served many others who came after me.
I only had one order, and I was sitting alone, but it seemed like my order was completely ignored. I understand she may have been the only person working and was likely overwhelmed, but I still feel this was unfair and unprofessional.
In the end, I had to cancel my order because other customers who came after me had already received and finished their food while I was still waiting. When I approached her again to cancel, she simply told me to wait. After another 5 minutes, she came to the counter and said I could leave and the order would be canceled. I really don’t understand why I was made to wait all that time if cancellation was that simple.

The workers will always start closing WAY to early, most of the time the lights are out by 9:45 when it says they close at 10. Tonight I went in to get a meatball sub and they informed me that this is unavailable past 9:30 because it is too soon before closing… where does it say that on the subway website? Read moreI asked for a 6" sub and went to use the bathroom. Asked my son to tell the sandwich 'artist what toppings he wanted. I get out of the bathroom and they made a foot long. I said I only wanted a Six Inch sub but the guys said he asked my son and he said foot long. I had clearly told the man 6" sub twice, he asked me if I wanted it toasted with cheese and I had said yes before using the restroom. Why ask my son again what size sub when the parent already told you twice! They took advantage of a younger kid by asking again while I was gone. I dont trust the workers there. The workers friend was also standing by the till and commented on how my son is "daddy's boy". How inapropriate. Not going to this subway anymore.
