This Tim Hortons inside the Esso gas station has been my go-to spot for the past 15 years, and it’s truly a hidden gem. Even though it’s a smaller location, the food quality is just as good – if not better – than many larger locations. The coffee is always hot and fresh, the donuts and Timbits are delicious, and their breakfast sandwiches are perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.
The staff here are friendly, hardworking, and always greet customers with a smile. They manage to keep things running smoothly, even during busy hours. The convenience of grabbing quality food and coffee while fueling up is unbeatable.
I’ve seen some 1-star reviews and honestly, they’re fake or completely misleading. As someone who has been a loyal customer for over 15 years, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Those reviews do not reflect the real service or food quality at this location.

I called to store right after I placed the order try to do a cancellations and refund. However, the girl/lady picked up the call told me that she doesn’t has the authorization to do the cancellation/refund, she told me that I had to contact Tim Hortons digital sale team for the refund.
Then I spent times on searching and contacting the digital team and get the the reply from them that only the in-store staff can do the refund and cancellation.

So when i asked her on phone for what should i do. She said you can come back i will give a new one. When i reach there she said my manager said not to give one.
