Subway — Restaurant in Vancouver

This particular subway has turned me off the franchise. I love the subs because they taste great and I love being able to eat healthy for fast food. However, when I visited this particular Subway the staff were rude while ordering. I didn't think much of it because everybody has bad days but then the woman short changed me and was extremely rude while doing it!!! I paid in cash and they did not give me the proper change back. I pointed out that they owed me a lot more money than they gave back and and the woman at the till would not give me my change. Instead, she rolled her eyes then pretended to not speak english. She spoke English perfectly well while I was ordering but as soon as I pointed out the fact that she pocketed my money she couldn't speak a lick of english. I know it isn't fair to judge all Subway's based on this one's poor service but I will not be eating there for a long time after...

Used to go there a lot and all the workers were lovely, but lately for some reason they have been adding the absolute bare minimum of ingredients. I asked for onion and she added LITERALLY 2 stripes. Then I asked for more and she added literally one more stripe. A third time and same thing, 2 or 3 stripes. Then we went for olives and the exact same thing, I asked if I could have a lot of olives and I got like 3 of them for the whole sub. I had to repeat twice and I ended up with the amount in the photo. It seemed some kind of unfunny sketch.

I have no idea why but this is the first time i see it in a subway, and this is the third time in this place. Most of the workers are absolutely delightful but I swear that depending of who I find working I know I will end up eating slightly...

Lakivhar is the rudest women I ever come across making me a sandwich she actually screamed at me and told me to take my ear phones out even though my earphones weren’t on! All because I couldn’t understand what she was saying, if you have cctv you can see I come in, she gets a face on her and continues what she’s doing, then eventually MUTTERS at me and because I couldn’t understand and asked her to repeat she literally SCREAMED AT ME and told me to take my earphones out. I told her that no music was on and I couldn’t understand her and she continued to scream at me. Rudeeeeest women ever!!!!!!!!!! She needs an attitude check!! I need to speak to a manager ASAP and want to see/hear cctv. I got most of it recorded on my phone....
