Worst customer service of store worker ever i saw Today i tried to order two noodle burgers and there was a girl working in the restaurant who took my call told me to come-in store and confirm the order first which is so non sense why would i go to some store just to confirm my order when i am already ordering on call and when i went to the store i asked her whats the reason behind this she said she got fake orders from customers which is totally acceptable but that doesn’t make you to assume every customer like that i also work at food court we also got alot of fake orders everyday but that doesnt mean we start asking customer to come in the store and confirm the order first, I used to order every night from you guys every single night but from now on i will think 100 times before ordering from you guys and i will makesure not to recommend any of my known to eat at your place such a worst experience… People call and order to save some time not to waste more time with your ridiculous excuses.. They seemed confused when i tried to order some items that they have available on their online menu. There is more variety and availability on their online menu. I tried to order the smoked bratwurst poutine, which is online, but they seemed very unsure what that was. I also tried to order the peri peri chicken and rice bowl, which online had the option of grilled or fried chicken. I asked for fried, but was told they can only do grilled chicken for that menu item and that fried is not an option, even though it is on their online ordering system. Quite unimpressed with the inconsistency of the in person menu to the online menu and the confusion of the staff even after showing them their own online menu and ordering system. They've got a few opportunities for improvement.

Update after trying the food:

The food itself was pretty good. The butter chicken poutine was quite tasty. The bratwurst poutine, had some sort of sausage, definitely not a bratwurst though, also tasty. The peri peri chicken and rice bowl has quite a kick and spice, making it enjoyable. The Oreo Milkshake seems like it was just a couple oreos crushed into ordinary 2% milk ( not worth it in my opinion.)

Overall the food is pretty good, I'd get a milkshake elsewhere, and still stand with the notion that their ordering system is lacking consistency and creates confusion. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here, but I'd come back if i was in the area and wanting some...
